This Kid is amazing, outrank the police, took what he needed not what he felt like, donated $100 to a animal shelter mid run, flew 5 planes ✈, didn't cause any physical harm to anybody, sold his life story to 20th Century Fox for $1.4 million to pay Restitution to his Victims and set his life on track again and now he's Studying to become an Aeronautical Engineer. Brilliant Dude! 👍

From the moment I first heard about this story, I instantly became fascinated. That kid was fkn brilliant! To be so intelligent and crafty, but had no formal education, is impressive! Not to mention, he's a good looking kid.
Colton just want to spread his wings and fly. May his dreams one day come true.
I am happy that Colton has decided to become an aeronautical Engineer and not a brain surgeon. Would not want to see what he could get by with as a Doctor.

at first we all need to fullfil our dreams and passions beforehand the society , at the end a lot of people wanted him dead even tho he ain't some mass killer or some violent psycho that hurts everyone tragically , he just lived life as he wanted , he wasn't into hurting anyone , he just wanted to spread hes wings on top he paid all affected stolen and damaged goods from hes deal with FOX , It doesn't get perfect than that , he lived the life he was confident to live and it ended up well for him , some years in custody

Some of these people are real a-holes. I mean this kid kind of an inspiration. This kids got guts. I mean how many people can steal planes and land them and be alive on top of it you're a kid, especially if they crashed. I think some of these people I really a holes the ones that want to shoot him or catch him. I mean what you going to do when you catch him and your little drama is going to be over. I would worry if he was my kid I would worry one of those a holes would shoot him. Somebody should just share their plain with him and he's just a kid and he's really cute and he's actually pretty darn smart. And I mean yeah hardly to come up I don't think they should lock that little birdie up I think they should get him his own plane. Just for the fact the kid has survived those parents and is as Savvy as he is. I think he was really cool and I'm a 47 year old woman I shouldn't think things like that but I can't help it. Nobody cares about his excuses or how bad his home life was. At some point, people's actions have to become their own responsibility. You can't go out stealing whatever you want to, and leading police all over the country, just because youre high on the chase.

Correction! It appears he predicted that airports were geared toward looking for a stolen aircraft landing and he deliberately avoided the runways. Clever and smart and very capable kid and this is from a retired military pilot who was a flight instructor for thirty years. Who knows what he could have done?

He gave all the money back he stole and never hurt anybody. He got away from local and state police in different towns and countries he also got away from the FBI.. He tought himself to fly drive a boat drive a car and survive in the woods all by himself. He also went back and got his dog out of doggy jail. He's got more than a couple songs about him. He's been out for a while, he just got 7 yrs and probably only did 2 or 3. I saw him on a podcast a couple nights ago and he looks like he's doing well.

This television should not manipulate this boy trying to straighten his life he specifically said he wants to put his old life behind him.
