Very nice work. I like how you showed us the complete process and made it look so easy. Being that I'm a beginner I would have removed the shocks and links but I'm sure glad I watched this awesome tutorial.
nice on the Exotek upgrade ....they sell ball bearings for the steering posts to be much smoother .....graphite F/R shock tower n front brace is a nice addition plus the front cvds works on the rears
@@bigbristv ok, looks like you had changed the pinion gear in the center diff when you reinstalled it. I only ordered one, for the rear, so ill need another for the front then.
Each gear set is 2 parts, 1 ring gear and 1 input gear (I think this is what you're calling the pinion). The input gear on the front is connected to the center drive shaft. The one for the rear is connected to the center diff (which is, in effect, an extension of the center drive shaft). Hope this helps. 🙂

I'm happy you found it helpful. ☺️ I cut out a bunch of details but I think you can still get the gist of it, at least I hope.

Was thinking about some of those upgrades also, thanks! I just ordered the sway bar kit. I love this thing so much I keep buying stuff for it.
@@bigbristv little guy is very capable ...i just wished spur was a bit more durable
Yeah, I think if you manage to get the mesh perfect and dont overtighten the screws holding the cover down, it lasts much longer.
Those shocks look so good.
I know right? I did it purely for looks. I don't think they make a difference in performance whatsoever 😅
How many sets of part number 21563 did you use in this video?
3?
Thank you.
Two sets, one front and one rear.

Need to keep this video right here, I just ordered F and R diffs from Warren RC.
And center diff steel gears!!😂
Wait! You found a metal spur gear? 😶
@@bigbristv yes, and spur gear, A Main hobbies
I couldn't find it. So I bought another plastic set. 😒
I hope its for the center diff. Ill get part number, stand by.@@bigbristv
FT 14B 14T metal drive gear set 9.99 # ASC 21563
Thank you for the video, very helpful! Are the gears inside the diff also plastic?
Thanks for saying that! The internal gears are plastic and they're holding up just fine 🙂
I did add a little more TLR black grease to help.
Thank you. I was looking to see if anyone had asked what you were putting in the diffs? @@bigbristv
@chrisquigley486 I didn't put anything in them
So how does it perform?
So far it performs the same as with the stock stuff, but now I can push it harder without worry 😁
@@bigbristv … except for the spur gear - that is still plastic, isn't it?
The spur gear is plastic.
