They are going to sell things as packages later on as well, so I assume you will be getting a discount with a package. Their main selling point of this series is make it easy, plug and play. They want to expand their market to a lot more people than streamers such as people on the go and people on business calls. Hope that explains it a bit better for you.
Is or are there any differences or advantages between the "Neo" Elgato parts and the regular "Non-Neo" counterparts? (i.e. Facecam Neo vs Facecam Pro or non-Pro)
I haven't been able to test the Neo facecam yet. For the light and the capture card goes: it's cheaper and easier for people not tech savvy. For the Neo Stream Deck: it does have these new touch buttons and an info bar the others don't have. So it does have new features.
Right now they are only available in white. I can't say what the future brings as other products used to be only available in black and now they have them in white too 😜
i still use a HD60 i got from a friend years ago. how does it come to that compared to this now? looking to get the X but with this might just get this instead unless there is a sale for the X. Lol
So the Neo is focusing on easy and quick for "normal" people. So if you are searching to improve your capture card I definitely recommend the X a lot more. I compare all the other cards here (the Neo isn't included as it wasn't out then yet) ruclips.net/video/nkDKtdNIlU4/видео.htmlsi=2TV-nI8Wshb4dv3d But again I do not recommend upgrading the the Neo as it will not be a big change if any at all noticable. The Neo is a lot more plug an play basically.
@@trui that works fine for me as i do move my xbox around a lot. and i could use an upgrade now. oh and record PC as well. having 2 laptops is useful for that as well XD
I was looking for a proper game capture setup video because I thought I was going crazy and reading that I may not need an separate monitor to record switch games. Thank you so much for demonstrating that I may not need a separate monitor for now :D I just hope there is not much delay if I rely on my 1 monitor and the Obs capture screen.
Not all capture cards have the 0 delay but most of Elgatos modern ones have. I do have a video compairing the other Elgato cards as well if you want to know more about those: ruclips.net/video/nkDKtdNIlU4/видео.htmlsi=q4MISNh4hs0zy89s
This 'Budget' line really isn't all that budget. Not when for just a little bit more money you can buy their normal line of products.

The cable routing feature is awesome! I also love the packaging
Safe nature 💪 They are doing such a good job making everything recyclable!

Are they only available in white? Or also darker colours?
