Persian Pickled Vegetables (Shoor) - Cooking with Yousef

Hi friends, first, I want to apologize for the bad sound in this video. I had to make several videos back to back and for some reason, the mic picked up lots of interference that we overlooked till now. We tried our best to clean it up for you!
More importantly, today we are making "Shoor" which is "Persian Pickled Vegetables".
This is incredibly easy to make and lasts for a long time. You can eat it with your meals, as a condiment, or snack with chips or yogurt.

Dear Mr. Yousuf , those white vinegar , if you read the label is acetic acid and some other contents not good for health . mostly not real vinegar , instead of that can we use Organic Apple Cider Vinegar?
