  • Today we're at Blyton Park in my Toyota Yaris Tsport to take part in the Javelin Sprint Series Warmup Round to get some practice in before the official rounds start later on in the year!
We're competing in the B4 class for this round but will be racing in the J13 class once the official rounds start!
There's also a track day in the morning too which I also take part in to get some much needed practice around Blyton!

Nice to see someone tracking their Mk1 consistently. Are all the sprint series half track day half time attack ? I plan on doing the 2 anglesey days in my T sport.

Haha she loves the abuse on track 😅 no the normal sprints run as one untimed run and 6 timed runs (and extra "fun" runs if time allows), be good to see another t sport at Anglesey if you do go 😁

Great video and impressive times. How does your Yaris compare to the rest of the class on power? 6 seconds is a lot to find and you already looked very fast to me. How much more power do you think is needed and how are you planning to get it?

Thanks dude! Atm it's about a 60hp difference between the rest of the field, I know where I can find time in the run I did but with that much power difference it's still not going to be enough
First thing I'll be removing the passager seat and getting a bucket seat so will save some weight but after that I'll be looking at going down the itb route and bigger cams when the budget allows, as adding a turbo/supercharger will put me in a higher engine class (you add 40% of your engine size if you're boosted)
