We bought this machine for 1.4 lakhs and its been 1 week since we are using this machine. The light which is provided inside the machine is very delicate and the company provided 2 lights and both the lights went out in a week and this company has the worst customer service. The price of the light in the market is in an around 70-150rs but the company asked us to buy for 350 rs each and when i demanded that it's new machine and we been using since a week they offered us two light for 350 which i declined. We even bought the egg roll machine which is not worth it. The eggs doesn't boil for the first time and when we try to remove the egg roll which is not cooked it gets broken and when we re-cook it it becomes like plastic on the upper side. Totally waste of money.
Very attractive and useful machine making it run with battery makes it even more versatile and closed door cooking means hygeine preparation..
What would be the warranty and service and support ??
