You really inspire people to eat healthy but at the same time not to restrict to limited food....i used to be anorexic but finally i came out of that phase and now i feel hella good. I eat healthy and do your workouts. They suit me perfectly 💕💕

People watch the content you put out with the belief you have your s*** together all the time. And it’s because you put out specific content that eliminates any negative aspects. So it was good you spoke out on the darker side that people keep hidden.

Yeah I cleaned out my pantry and gave away my naughty snacks. Out of sight, out of mind! Replace it with healthy snacks. Prep some celery sticks and carrots as well in the fridge with maybe some dips so at least u got a healthy alternative. Just remember the cravings will hit you hard the first few days but once u get pass that you'll be fine.
My weight keeps going up and down xl I'm counting calories and watching what I eat...i eat 2000 cals a day and try to burn around 500 from exercising...I eat balanced healthy meals and working out in the morning and night so idk why my weight is moving up and down....I work out 30-40 minutes a day....I do full body workouts and abs everyday but my weight is fluctuating like crazy and I've been working out for about a month

I don't really care about losing or gaining weight rn but I'm always getting super stressed and anxiety and other stuff a lot due to how I've been eating but yeah idk what to do or where to start to get out of these bad habits again...I used to eat so healthy before...
We've all been there. Just remember it's ok to feel that way. Give yourself some time (but not too long), set a date, eat whatever you want. Then get all the junk food out of sight and perhaps do a grocery haul of clean food with a goal to try making some new recipes that are tasty! Clean food can be tasty as hell when done right! Stay strong, took you more than a day to get your goals, you ain't gonna lose it with a few days of junk eating. 💓

drink lots of water as well! (more than you think you’d need) and make sure you’re eating well. bananas sometimes help. I had the same problem, and those worked for me. good luck!
