    Watching this again reminded me to mention that the Stretch 2 xl blade is almost identical to the Military 2, just a hair shorter. Great package

      Damn that is a good idea actually. I have the cru wear G10 stretch 2 xl as well so I might have to try it

      Might work. I changed a LW para 3 to a full liner para 3 and worked great! ✌️

      @@rj_ofb Same. I’ve taken lw para 3 blades and put them in g10 models and vice versa. Small tolerance differences in some and others perfect 🤙🏻

    I've ordered the stretch and the police in pd1 and I was amazed how light and big the police is it's now one of my favourite carrys supper long but thin in pocket most days I forget it's on me till I need it

    I'm on The fence about the XL and regular size stretch. One has liners and one without....which one do you prefer and why?.....

    • @bladecentered2264
      @bladecentered2264  5 дней назад

      I like the XL without the liner because it a big blade but very light weight

    Any advice for fixing the amount of vertical blade play on mine? I understand that some vertical blade play comes with time and use on the backlock spydies, but vertical blade play out of the box is kind of ruining if for me

      If it's real bad, I would send it in to Spyderco, they will fix it or replace it

    So does the XL not have internal liners? I thought the regular stretch 2 did.

    • @bladecentered2264
      @bladecentered2264  5 месяцев назад

      The XL LW has no liners. The XL G10 version does have full steel liners

    • @MB-jg4tr

      How much bend does the no liner handle have? I have concerns, given cts pd 1 is a hard use steel and I would want to be able to really use the knife.

    Does the endura and stretch not have liners?

    • @bladecentered2264
      @bladecentered2264  4 месяца назад +3

      The Endura has liners, the stretch 2 LW has liners, but the stretch 2 XL LW does not have liners

    Spyderco Stretch 2 XL vs Police 4?

      Police 4 still towers over the XL lol

      The police has a much thinner blade.
