Thank you, Paul, for putting out clean, Christian-friendly content. My sweet husband of 40 years loved watching your channel these past two years when there wasn't much else for him to do. He had been battling congestive heart failure for almost twenty years and lost that battle last night. I am sure that if he could have gotten better, he would have started scrapping. That is just the kind of man he was. Your show really gave him some joy. Thank you!
Margie, My heart breaks, at the same time I know your husband is sitting in the glory of our savior's presence. As I am putting on my boots and getting my camera ready to go scrapping, know that I'm praying for you, your family and for you to boldly go into this new time.
Awww, prayers from PA. I'm a lab tech, I understand the stress. Paul is awesome. Love his prayers!
Margie, so very sorry for the loss of your husband of 40 years, his battle is over. May you find the strength to go on and enjoy your life
Margie my prayers for comfort & peace are with you & your family. He's is in a greater place with no pain or suffering 🙌 your husband would want you to be content & happy I'm sure 🥰 I'm sorry for your loss 🙏🙏🙏
Good wishes from Germany. Good bless you both.
Paul, I want to tell u this. Might be long but here goes. My son, 35, has stepped up and is helping me sooo much after my husband passed, unexpectedly. He told Me the other day that he never understood how come my father and my husband was always teaching him new things, how to fix things and how to work on cars. He said “ I know now why they were always teaching and showing me. Now that they are gone, I can take care of you and myself.” ONE day Paul, Jesse will look back and say, “ my dad taught me that.” So you are not being harsh, but you are teaching. Bless you Thank you. Love and Peace
YES!! I also learned this personally after my dad passed away
I just wish I would have paid attn MORE
This make me tear up 🙂
I wish I would have paid more attention to my grandparents and dad❤️🙏🏻
@@lisacates4185 can’t go back darling and don’t regret. You can’t change that. But the ones you do have make sure you tell them you love them. And do you have good memories of those gone? Then remember them every chance you get. They will always be in your heart and your mind if you remember them. They are not gone, they are just on a heavenly vacation. Don’t spend your time regretting but on memories. Love and prayers and peace
the one and only penguin,
Love the thought of a heavenly vacation 💗😇🙏🏻only spot I don't need reservations and Jesus paid the way for me💗🙏🏻
Can totally see when your son switched from having fun to realizing he was receiving a lesson. 😊. Still nice to have that energy helping you out. I wish I could toss a lawn chair over my head. Lol
Yes! He's at that awesome age of wearing his feelings on his sleeve, I'm certain 😬 he handled it well! 👏👏👏 he's grown so much since I've been watching 😍 he's becoming a fine young man! 👏👏👏 great job Paul! Happy Father's Day!
Smart to make the mailbox into a trash can....it’s cool
I am so glad I am too old to have a 16 year old son. You are so patient with him.
Most of the time lol
When you pick up that extruded aluminum, you're missing a perfect opportunity to say "Well, exTRUUUUDE, me!"
Lol
Carly simon.. "Jesse, I wont pick fresh flowers for you.. no Jesse, I wont change the sheets for you.."
God love your son... you guys rock it!!
The "Jessie" Snap Tool Upgrade, you don't even need to leave the drivers seat and the scrap jumps into the truck all by itself!
Thats so great, your son together with you. He is so kind son. Stay safe and god bless always... great video
Never understood bit coin stuff. I'm grateful for your wisdom and love your prayers
Thanks for introducing us to Jesse!🙂 He's grown so much I almost didn't recognize him!
Please forgive me. I got the giggles when you were chasing down a piece of paper while keeping another sheet under your foot. They should make a snap tool for run away items....:-)
😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😉😉😉😄😉😉😄😄😄😄
I laughed so loud when you chased the paper. Thanks for recycling like you do. God's abundant blessings to you.
When things are free they're free! Take whatever you need or want.
Yes that's true but there's mean people that give scrapers a hard time. Put things out as free or on curb then get upset when a scraper picks thru trash and take stuff talking from personal experience
I’m at 38:38 I got to get on with my day brother to. I’ll finish watching later today be safe and GOD BLESS

Hey Paul ,the candle thing you found is called a candle snuffer love your videos and nice to see your son helping out of love you like family and may God bless you always and forever and always keep you extra healthy and safe these days 🙏❣️❤️♥️💕 hope to hear back from you soon thanks 😊♥️😊😊♥️💕
Forty, fifty, and sixty years ago, I was the kid watching his dad at work. He owned a bakery and I was there many hundreds times over the years. One time we were at a function where there was a decorated cake that had been decorated by someone else. As we were going through the buffet line, I told my dad that he could have done a much better job on that cake. He shushed me and told me that he never made negative comments on other peoples' work. It was a life's lesson that I've never forgotten.
I've often wanted to comment that one of the (many) reasons that I like to watch you work is that I appreciate how you treat working the neighborhoods and how you so carefully load your truck...and the resulting videos with you being you are like no others.
I hope that Jesse will get to watch you work more often. Scrapping may not be his life's work (being a baker certainly wasn't mine), but life's lessons, learned at the curbside from a kind and loving father, may be a legacy that will warm his heart long after you are gone.
This isn’t just a son helping his father. This is father spending time with his son. A Father teaching his son to hustle and work hard. A father teaching his son lessons in respecting others.
Paul, I laughed so hard I snorted when you were chasing down that piece of paper.
That was hilarious 😆
I also laughed so hard. I loved the noise you were making Paul!
Cue the "Benny Hill" Yakety sax music! lol
Paul I’m glad that ur kids help u scrapping even thou u are hurt. I pray that the surgery will help u. I love ur videos. Have a great day
Its so good seeing your son with you scraping.
Ahh to be young again and able to do thing like throw chairs and not have to feel the consequences the next morning. Your boy makes for a pretty good helper, I'll bet you're very proud.
My whole skeleton feels like it's duct taped together.
@@ScrapPalletMan Mine too. All rattling and making weired noises. 😅
That truckers hitch reminds me so much of my Dad - he passed away in January this year (aged 88) and it was his birthday on the 12th June. He was a truck driver back in the day and also did some driving of road construction equipment... he then worked in an iron foundry and was the leading hand there until he retired. I miss you Dad xo.
Thanks for sharing this story about your dad. 🙂
I so enjoyed listening to you instruct your 16 year old son on packing close together and quietly. It reminds me when my 4 kids were that age. I just listened and laughed.
Paul, I feel for you I raised all boys and your son just really took me back to the teen years, slowly it does get better until then just laugh.
It was neat watching you teach you son the truckers hitch. I have thought for a long time how great it would be if you did a video on different knots. I think a lot of us would get a lot out of it.
Nice to see you and your son have a bonding in scraping , thats a good idea, take care both of you keep safe👍👍👍🇵🇭
You and Jesse working together is priceless!
I laughed so hard too. Specially when the paper you had under your foot. OMG. Bless ya Paul.
Old English will take care of any scratches you put on that coffee table! It’s awesome!
What a great idea Jesse had for that mailbox!😊
Another father and son scrapping video. Love when you have your kids with you. A blessing to have help. And I laughed watching to chase the paper. And hey it's the G-Man. Thanks for the ride along thanks Mary.
It was a fun day. How are you doing Mary?
@@ScrapPalletMan Doing fine thanks for asking.
🙂
Hello Paul and Jesse 🙋🏽. I hope you guys find some awesome stuff ‼️ have a good day 🙂.
Your great Dad! Good job guys!
Pick that up... pushes with his foot. Pick that up... pushes with his foot. No we want to pick that up with our hands...
Lol. The joy of the teenage years. God bless him. 😀
Hello Paul
You're lucky that you have a good son who listen to you and help you
God bless you all!!!
It is nice to see Jesse so grown up and still out woth you. Glad to see him again. Nice haul you guys did.
Oh Paul I it is so heart warming to see you and your son working together . It is ok in correcting him he will appreciate every thing. Bless you and your entire family.
Good Evening My Good Big Bro Paul The Scraper & Pallet Man & God Bless You & All Of You're Whole Family This Evening & I Am Still Praying For You & All Of You're Whole Family & Have A Great & Blessed Evening This Evening
Good night Paul. Had to watch your video before I turn in for the night. Your son said it perfectly. Peace✌. God Bless 🙏✌❤😊
Hope you had a great night's sleep
Always love looking at your back yard toward the coal tower. The trees and grass. The sunrise. Beautiful. Thank you!
It's so peaceful.
Hey Paul trying to catch up on your videos. They replaced my knee May 19th, sent me home on the 20th, had therapy 21st. Going into 4th week of therapy all is well. 🙂👍
I hope your knee heals quickly.
@@jodiyoung5578 It is thank you. 🙂
Don't over do it but sometimes it happens
what happens with cables is the hammer-mills tangle them up and it stops them from turning and it shuts down the whole operation, very dangerous to get back to work, same with sheep fencing.
When your son tossed that chair it gave me a laugh,it's nice to have him working with you helping out.
It is nice.
28:35 I thought Paul was gonna give us a Post10 culvert unblocking.
Great video man :) glad to see you scrapping as often as possible
excellent video scrap trash picking conversation thank you paul and jesse finding a mail box trash bin
When you chased the paper 🤣🤣
Btw, love when you have your son Jesse with you!
Paul you are very respectful to your son when you give him instructions❣ Love Jesse's Sumbas...my son is 40 and he still wears Sumbas👍
We have to teach the young not to throw things around.
Exact same thing with my teens, when I want to hang with them. Can’t wait to get back to their video games.
ah, to be 16 and be able to actually hop into a truck bed again 🤣 I almost shot my drink out of my nose laughing when the paper blew away from you 😅😆
My hopping days are behind me
@@ScrapPalletMan 🤣
I laughed when you walked away from those free pictures, that is exactly what I would have done.
It’s nice to see you father and son doing the job. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Hey Jesse ..no throwing chairs keep the noise down...😂
People like to sleep and not be woken up by someone who dont care.
Paul cares I was just teasing Jess he will learn
Lol yes sir :-)
I love the three white chairs with the black & white webbing. It about killed me to see them get dumped.
Jesse is so sweet. He seems like such a good kid and so polite and thoughtful. You're doing a great job. Most kids his age wouldn't be caught dead hanging with their father, but Jesse even asked if you needed any more help! Treasure these times; they'll come back to you ten-fold in the future. You are so kind and thoughtful too...picking up mattress, putting cable into washer, etc. Just imagine a world where everyone is like that. Sounds like Heaven to me.
Good morning Jane. As always your comments encourage me to the max
Amen! Nice seeing your son with you he had a great idea with that mailbox I’ll have to remember that. Yes I think the red truck is bigger than the blue one . Great haul Paul. Hope everyone is doing well 😊
At first I thought those tiny paper rolls were tiny toilet papers LOL
I laughed as he tossed that chair in! 😂😂🤣
And then out 😂
paul and jesse always great videos. keep up the great craftsmanship and hard work boys. keep picking. keep scraping. keep making. god bless.
I’ve never seen a child so happy to get a mailbox! 😂. ✌🏼❤️
I would have taken the first coffee table. But that's just me. I took back today a bunch of aluminum rims, made BANK! Haha. I'm likin this scrapin stuff. As long as the prices are high.
I love Jesse. 's peace! So cute!
You said something about the truck locking you out or in. Had to pause this video to respond. If you have an aftermarket alarm the dealer alarm will malfunction causing doors to randomly lock for warning honks of the horn to happen. I just learned this with my Chevy that I’ve been having the same issues with.
Yeah I got locked out. The garbage man had to give me a ride to my house to get my spare set of keys. True story
He’s gone mad dinosaurs in space what area they on rocket fuel Paul 😂😂😂
Cool on bringing your son😇young adults are hard😂my daughter is 18
A blessing but you know,,it's great your teaching him,he's very handsome
I enjoy your wonderful attitude, prayer and your gratitude. Blessings!
Awesome haul Paul. Love seeing your son go with you. Did you see the new diver? His name is Scrap with Matt. He’s 14 yrs old and does dumpster diving and scrapping. He’s awesome. Please check him out. ❤️
Dawn isn't Matt adorable. Hes going to go along way that boy. Hes got good role models tho in Paul, Steve and steph and Cathie plus many more.
Matt is quite energetic :-) He will do just fine in life.
Ah...the excitement of a young man and his gigantic mailbox 😁
Keep on accounting for some scraps Palletman 😁😁
I need to put a cheeseburger and Twinkie in that mailbox. You should be getting a package from me today or tomorrow. I sent it off on Tuesday but it's been stuck in Cincinnati hub for 4 days
@@ScrapPalletMan maybe the guys at the Cincinnati hub are on a bunch of cheeseburgers and twinkies 😁
Eventually they'll help it find its way here lol
Son:throws chair... Paul:allllright.. Paul is not amused hahaaha.
😶
When you were chasing the piece of paper it made me laugh. When you passed up the magazines it made me sad. I love your channel so much!
😃
That was so cute to have the little ones sign off for the day.
You are so blessed to have your son with you. My son is 45 years old and recently developed mental problems. They picked him up last week in another state after a high speed police chase and put him in a mental facility. I don't know what is going to happen to him. I just have to pray God is watching over him.
James, how are you coping? Let's pray. God, in the name of Jesus I ask you to help James's son. Clear out any and all oppression from the evil one. Send Angels to defeat all that is bothering him. Lord, let your will be done. I am praying for a miracle. Amen
@@ScrapPalletMan thank you, I am praying for a miracle. He used to work for Walmart making six figures. I love him and it breaks my heart.
Happy Flag Day! Happy Birthday of the US Army!! I'm looking back at ones that I've missed. By the way, Paul, some stainless alloys will draw a magnet, some do not. That sink was probably stainless of an alloy that could draw a magnet. Check out some refrigerator doors that are stainless. Some brands draw magnets, some do not. I have one that does not, but the hood over my stove does. Both are "Stainless"! There are probably 4 or more different stainless alloys in use on our fixtures and appliances. Hope you get this comment even if it is 10 months late.Love your content, and that you give God the glory. There is no other!
Great vlog, nice seeing your son. Godbless you and your family.
Hehehe "PEACE" to your son ;) cool kid!
Lol chasing that paper was funny keep up the great work and positivity 👍🏻 🙏
I'm lucky I didn't biff it.
You absolutely make me laugh you are so funny and i love that you save stuff from the landfill i wish more people were as dedicated as you are great job keep it up!!
I just wanted to let You know that the reason that I watch Your channel is because You always give God the Praise. You are the only scraper that gives our Creator the Praise that He So Deserves. Thank God and May God Bless You Always 🙏 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
My buddy Juan from Texas Picker channel prays as well. He's a great musician and follower of Jesus.
Paul is Jesse ever going to be driving blue doing his own route?? I know he currently has his permit but soon enough he will be set?
Babe has a "Millennial Anti-Theft Device" Called a Manual Transmission, that takes A LOT of extra work :)
Anti theft now thats halirious 😅😂😅
It's up to him, if he wants to
I wish I could meet Paul shake his hand give him.a big hug. Paul your special and God gifted you to us. You are loved and I'm a huge fan.
Awwww 🙂
Nice to see your son with you, and a pair of fresh shoulders 💪. God bless you Paul 🙏.
Hay! Paul nice to be able to reply You are blessed to you and all your family I've been following you I wish I could do what you do I'll write to you to explain, God bless and the 3 b's, b careful, b safe, and b happy.
I like watching your videos Paul, you have a great sense of humor. Have you ever thought of dropping by auto repair shops an getting brake rotors. That fill up your truck fast!
I think it was all free at the 1st spot but there was something in the empty space so it looked like it was different pile
Love and great health to health to you . Your videos make my day. Every time I see old vacs. Appliances etc tossed out I can't help but get them cords. I have very small car so I'm limited lol but over the 7 months I have 4 big bins of cords and two brass and one assorted. Lol now I just gotta make time to cash it in .nearest recycler to me is 45 minutes drive away.
The Scrap is normally sold on to another Scrap processor they put all the Scrap through a Fragmetizer which sorts all brass Copper alloys and Rubbish comes out on different elevators as Sorted metals you cant just melt as one or new steel would be Scrap from start wire and netting you can bale but cant put through frag as it jams hammers up and its not a nice job Spending 2 or 3 days Cutting out the mess with Cutting gear and costs a fortune to restart fragmatizer
How much more money you think this yard sells their scrap, versus what they pay for it?
Get commodities notifications weekly and you will know take out Storage handling costs Labour vehicles cost plus extras and you'll come to a percentage figure
When you put that coffee table in the truck I cringed thinking ohhhhhhhh the top!
It looks great sitting in my living room right now. I give it a good cleaning and now it holds up my stocking feet :-)
Hey Paul that engine in the middle of the train is called a DPU unit Distributed power unit its something new in the last 5 years to move the power in the middle and end much more efficient to help with hills and breaking
Thanks for the information. I did not know that.
@@ScrapPalletMan Np Paul also forgot to say DPUs are also used to reduce the strain on the drawbars and couplers of the locomotives and the cars near the front of the train.
Jesse growing up to be a lovely young man.
We have a patio table like the one you left behind. If you push up underneath on the glass it lifts out and the metal frame is free to “get in your truck “
Hello Paul. Hope you are having a blessed day.
I am having a good day. How are you doing Marybeth?
@@ScrapPalletMan Not so good today just got home from the hospital. Gave me fluids for dehydration and sent me home and said stay in bed for at least 5 days for exhaustion. I think I will do as I'm told.
Sorry you are not feeling well. Get your rest
Jessie is a chip off the ole block!!! What a great young man... humor is the answer,,,
Your father side is starting to come out Paul☺️ Jesse is growing up so fast. Happy scrapping! My latest dumpster dive find was a brand new air fryer!! I'm amazed what people throw away.
On another note about a month ago during my route I found a tuff tech phone mount, brand new in the box, didn't know if you wanted me to send it your way so your phone isn't sitting in front of your speedometer.
No thank you. I can still read my speedometer with my phone there.
Hey Paul nice to see Jess helping! Still praying for you and that shoulder!
5:22 Omg I laughed so loud, this was hilarious they way Paul reacted.
Father & Son time, memories. Thanks Paul 😎👍
🙂
Nice to have your son out lendin a hand
Nice to see you sharing time and experience with your son, Jessie. I wonder since they are selling now if it will effect the prices on your end. I like that you are thinking of others when deciding to take or leave objects. Take care Paul. Keep Safe❤Keep Well ❤
Hi Paul awesome scrap Haul!! Amazing job!
I was surprised to not see a flashing rear end device (FRED) on the last car on the train. That's probably as busy as the tracks running through here.
Did part of the train fall away? Uh oh
Hey Paul! Weren't those scrappers from that other scrap yard you used to go to? Remember their fleet of trucks?
I was thinking you were never going to lose the garbage men. 😳😳😳
I think you're right
