It doesn’t entirely make sense to say that Kahless the Unforgettable founded the Klingon empire in the 800s, when he appears in episodes of the Next Generation which take place in the 2300s, which would mean he’s like 500+ years old even tho the lifespan of a Klingon is like 150 years
11:04 shenzon just doesn't make any sense, why would they just send him off to be a slave, that seems like the dumbest possible thing to do with a failed experimental leader. and the romulans definitely have no problem with just turning off someone's lights. i mean really, it is like "how can i possibly make my slaves hate me more? give them a failed charismatic leader!". that whole movie was completely stupid. and i don't consider romulans stupid. but i guess we gotta live with it. maybe it was just a case of the left hand not knowing what the right hand had, the tal'shiar not knowing what the senate was up to. but that makes no sense either. it is just broken. they would have just killed him, vaporized, if they wanted to really hate him they might have kicked him out of an air lock. but tossing something like that into his best case scenario, they aren't that fucking stupid.
Politics, when a multitude of individuals played politics against each other on an individual level... the end results are very often senseless. You should look at Brexit... it's senseless on so many levels.
Being the clone was a child at the time, the romulans have some humanity (no pun intended). A childless senator or consul would have adopted him as a son...likely with prosthetic ears.

@@mrpostman222 No it's not. Prime timeline in CBS term is Kelvin. Why do you think you see ships from Discovery in the show (or Discovery type ships) for one thing. The Nero timeline is Kelvin. If Nero goes back in time he does not go back into the time of TOS Trek. In that timeline Kirk's father is k killed the day he was born and Spock and Uhura has an affair (the whole nine yards). That is how time travel works. You don't go back in time to a new timeline entirely. Think about it.
@@mrpostman222 btw, Did the planet Vulcan exist in TNG? The reason I ask is because Nero destroyed Vulcan and Spock's mother died. So are you still going to tie the current series Picard to the Picard in TNG. Time travel does not create an alternate timeline. Time travel sends you back to previous events in the timeline you live in.
How can the Klingon & Romulan empires be in the Beta quadrant? Shouldn't Earth and the federation be in the center of the Alpha quadrant? If so, it would take at least 35 years at warp 9 to reach the Beta quadrant, and yet they used to warp over to the Klingon homeworld in a matter of days or weeks.
In the show they referred to the entire area as the Alpha Quadrant, but that is the informal name, because in reality Earth is on the border with the Beta Quadrant.
@@chrisjust7445 There is no official map for Star Trek, but there were unofficial maps created by former Trek writers, and those were updated and adapted by fans over the years. But if you don't want to buy it, then just take a look at this website, which has converted his charts into a free interactive map, www.startrekmap.com/
@@CivilizationEx Ah, thanks. I'm guessing it's this one: i.redd.it/9ssp4vd9aujz.gif I don't really agree with that map. Having Earth right on the border of the Alpha & Beta quadrants doesn't make much sense. Every planet would think of their world as the "center of the universe" so to speak, and would put themselves in the center of their definition of the Alpha quadrant. This can be demonstrated by the fact that our solar system is called "Sector 001" in TNG: The Best of Both Worlds.
This video isn't a timeline, it's not organized that way, the first part of the video was a general overview of the Federation, Romulans, Klingons and then Cardassians. Then the second part of the video goes over the history of the Enterprise Ship leading into talking about Picard.
according the time line, picard was born in 2305. it meens that he became admiral when he was older then 82 years old. and proboly in his 90s at the evvent of picard. come on...
Spoiler alert (youtube and such) Just want to know your alls opinion on the death scene or post mortem of picard (with data) .... are their personalities within the borg consciousness? 🤔🧐 is the immortality seven spoke of more than just memories? 😏 because both were “assimilated” temporarily? Hm.
When did most of the Asians get wiped in in the world of star trek, star wars, battlestar galactica, babylon 5, Orville, expanse....ok maybe not the expanse.
lets take someone who we cloned and trained to be the best possible leader, then when they fail to do exactly what we want just toss him in with the other slaves. this makes the romulans literally look mentally deficient, it is just plainly stupid. i am looking forward to a next generation reboot, very separate from picard, although i am also looking forward to picard by pure curiosity, but it is still under the fucked up license.

killed the day he was born and Spock and Uhura has an affair (the whole nine yards).
9:37 It was 2063, not 2067.
Whoops, thanks for catching that I will add a correction to the comments.
Thats because its the CivEX timeline, just in case picard series suck, we have the new one as backup.. xD
The Klingon war of 2256-2257 didn't happen. I'm a denier; change my mind. I mean, I've definitely heard about it, but it's all lies, s'all i'm saying.
@@CivilizationEx Can you point me to where the official boundaries of the alpha & beta quadrants are defined?
@@chrisjust7445 There is no official map for Star Trek, but there were unofficial maps created by former Trek writers, and those were updated and adapted by fans over the years. The book with the closest thing to "Official" maps is called, Star Trek Star Charts: The Complete Atlas of Star Trek, by Geoffrey Mandel.
This can be demonstrated by the fact that our solar system is called "Sector 001" in TNG: The Best of Both Worlds.
didn't the cardassian border wars happen after Kirk? why did you put him after?
This video isn't a timeline, it's not organized that way, the first part of the video was a general overview of the Federation, Romulans, Klingons and then Cardassians. Then the second part of the video goes over the history of the Enterprise Ship leading into talking about Picard.
this timeline is not suppose to exist.
Forgot about the treaty of oregonia
according the time line, picard was born in 2305. it meens that he became admiral when he was older then 82 years old. and proboly in his 90s at the evvent of picard. come on...
@Chet Carson McCoy was the connection between sto and tng in a small episode not the main hero.
43 years to discover warp technology...
Spoiler alert (youtube and such)
Just want to know your alls opinion on the death scene or post mortem of picard (with data) .... are their personalities within the borg consciousness? 🤔🧐 is the immortality seven spoke of more than just memories? 😏 because both were “assimilated” temporarily? Hm.
CivEx!!!
Pike?
So according to Star Trek, WW3 is going to come in 6 years...
Very possible
randolph brown looking more are more possible
Synth ?
Marcus W watch the Short Trek « Children of Mars »
Possibly something related to a famous season 2 ep of TNG; I'm going to assume OP didn't want to get spoilery.
Good video, but damn man that voice makes me laugh. So serious
Voyager was great too bad he wasn’t in it
As if the current producers give a shit about canon.
a dozen episodes of "ok locutus" premiers this week
When did most of the Asians get wiped in in the world of star trek, star wars, battlestar galactica, babylon 5, Orville, expanse....ok maybe not the expanse.
Wow, I always thought it was with a "ph", how edgy
lets take someone who we cloned and trained to be the best possible leader, then when they fail to do exactly what we want just toss him in with the other slaves. this makes the romulans literally look mentally deficient, it is just plainly stupid. i am looking forward to a next generation reboot, very separate from picard, although i am also looking forward to picard by pure curiosity, but it is still under the fucked up license.
👍
6 years till ww3... fuck eh?
You're going to be disappointed when the new show ignores all continuity. Because it's made by the same idiots who shit out discovery.
Uh.. it was the Russians.. not the Chinese. Why a Chinese flag?
