This is going to be great. If you need something to help a piece seem like it is floating, you could use fishing line or 'invisible thread'. As to the "why now" comment, creativity sometimes works best when under pressure. I find that for myself anyway.

You have such attention to detail. You are a very talented lady Kayla. A suggestion for a wreath. Kitchen entrance door saucer and cups and either tea or coffee theme. Teapot tea bags of different types of coffee tins different types. The cups and saucers could all be different sizes and patterns like China cups and saucers. Sugar and creamer dishes. Just an idea. Hi Kayla. I'm a long time viewer of your channel. I only recently learned how to crochet by watching RUclips videos. I never thought of trying Amigurumi until I watched your channel. I've bought most of the books you have recommended and want to try it very soon. I'm away from my yarn at the moment. Staying away from home because 2 of the family have covid. I miss my yarn!!! This is coming along great! I am so happy that you are pleased with it. Even looking at the preliminary plan of how you want to place all your characters, I can see bubbles coming up off the wreath and hear the song, "Under the Sea"!

I never made a wreath before but I bought some really pretty stuff at the Dollar Tree including the mesh and some wire edged ribbon.
Very nice!
I would suggest running the wire inside the stem of the seaweed and just use a dot of hot glue at the top
