I’m making a mermaid themed bag and wanted some little accent pieces to crochet and sew on to it. I was like, “This is a piece of cake!…..-This is not a piece of cake!” Completed one tho, gonna make a few more:) Great tutorial!

Thank you so much for this tutorial! I used some scrubby yarn to make some cute seashell dish scrubbers. I'm not a very experienced crocheter but i successfully made one on my first try! Your directions are super clear and easy to follow ❤
Lovely shells papari thank you for doing these they will be a great addition to my tin of flowers and hearts appliqués it’s so nice to have something different and I’m looking forward to seeing the wall hanging 😊Amanda xx💕💖
Thanks for this! I’m going as Ursula from little mermaid when she’s human for a Halloween party this year, and I didn’t want to buy her shell necklace, so I’m going to make this into one :D
This took me forever to figure out. I have done many more projects since this one. This is not a beginner project. Try something else and come back to this one. Don’t give up this is a fun hobby.

Hi! Is there a link to your ocean themed wall hanging? Thanks! Love these shells!
Thanks a lot, I still did not make the wall hanging. I have all the items ready but somehow the wall hanging is not done yet. Plan to complete soon.
@@MakeItYourselfByPapariany updates? I’m trying to make one as well but I am very inexperienced with crochet. Your video helps though!!
Nice
Thank you 😊
Is there any way to make this bigger?
I’m going to give it a go….the reverse single crochet looks really awkward but nothing ventured nothing gained they say….😂😂😂
Ha ha ha true that, never a bad day to learn something new 😁
Nice tutorial, but the subtitels dont let us see what you're doing 😢
Thanks, I think you can turn off the subtitles since captions to the pattern are already provided on top part of the video.
It's pronounced applique with the last syllable sounding like Day.
Thanks for letting me know, I will remember this for future videos.
Gave up after 4 mins
Same🥲
