Always happy to see new creators with some commander deck techs, though would love to have access to a real list from moxfield or archidekt in the descriptions, would make it a lot better. Keep it up.
I built greta as well, glad shes being seen. You definetly need food multiplyers and counter multiplyers like ozolith, doubling and parallel lives. I had a doubling ozolith, and Syr Ginger on the board and destroyed 3 foods and Syr ginger got 12 +1/+1 counters. This is mainly how Id play it just cause creature gets big, also if you're playing around with the +1/+1 counters of greta I also reccomend duskshell crawler, he hands out trample to those who have +1/+1 counters.
Thanks for commenting! So to explain the namesake combo of the deck, Food Chain allows you to exile a creature and add Mana to your mana pool equal to that creature's Mana value. Eternal Scourge has the ability to be cast from exile. Using Food Chain you exile Eternal Scourge and add 4 Mana of any color. You then use 3 of that mana to recast the Eternal Scourge from Exile with 1 colored Mana left over. You then continue to exile the Eternal Scourge until you have excess Mana to cast whatever creature spells you may have.

With effects that allow you to draw cards when you cast a creature spell, you could end up drawing your whole deck
