Fun fact about Paul (The psychopath with the molotov cocktail) after he trips and burns himself by accident, you can save him if you use the fire extinguisher near the place to put off the fire, after that he will tell you that he is sorry since the zombie apocalypse made him lose his mind, and even better, if you take him to the safe house he will give you molotov cocktails from time to time that are very useful if you want to clean a zone full of zombies.
That’s cool! Looks like some good deeds do get rewarded 🙂
I know that the zombie explanation scene with Dr Barnaby is supposed to be serious but the noises he was making during the whole exchange just had me laughing the whole time lol

Larry is one of the only bosses that doesn't attack you unless provoked. Also the Chinese symbol on Larry's neck means "Meat".
Also the only boss vulnerable to hat stuns.

@@noanpc973you probably figured it out by now but objects you can put on zombies to render them harmless like buckets or hunk of meats can be put on Larry.
It's obviously not permanent as he'll take it off in a few seconds but it should get you some free hits in.

Fun Fact: You can actually find Brad after Carlito leaves him for dead. It’s a pretty remote, very brief, and entirely optional scene in which Brad gives his gun to Frank, asks that he not tell Jessie what happened to him, then turns. You get an achievement for photographing his zombie.
Yeah it’s missing a cutscene that shows what happened to Brad. It’s easy to miss though so it’s not surprising since you have to go to the area he was kicked into which is off the beaten path.
Bummer. We will have to check out that scene at some point 🤔

Getting into the thick of the conspiracy now and still quite a bit more to go through. Just to let you guys know, there are multiple endings to this game. The endings have specific requirements but they all share one common requirement: a mission has to be failed at some point which in turn locks out the rest of the story.
Might be worth checking them out after you’ve watched the rest of the main storyline.
It’s awesome you’re checking this franchise out. They’re actually really goofy games when you get into the gameplay, but they do tell great stories. Hopefully we’ll get to see you react to Dead Rising 2.

Recently found your channel through your assassins creed videos you're both amazing and your videos are great, really enjoy your Dead Rising ones I know a few other people in the comments have mentioned it but can't belive they missed out the cut scene with Brad after Frank got rid of the bombs it's pretty easy to miss in your first playthrough but it's pretty well known now. Keep up the fantastic reactions

it's great to see how they're already reaching the end, the game has different endings but the real one is the one I've always liked the most. I love to see them react to Dead Rising, although I wish that you also react to Dead Cells (something totally different from Dead Rising). Greetings from Mexico.

Fun fact: The zombies ignore the cult members - some have theorized this might be because their masks and raincoats hide their human nature. You might almost say that, in a way, they have become zombies of their own.
The compilation didn't show it, but after the fight you can actually save the molotov guy buy using a fire extinguisher on his crotch and have him as a survivor.
Yeah, I was thinking that same thing, but I wasn't sure if you could actually do that or if it was from a similar psychopath fight from one of the other games. I'm guessing whoever made this video didn't know about that.

It sucks that there was some missing points for people too know what u can do so like in case they be curious what would happen if u go back or do this and that
26:50 in this battle if u don't hurry in time with that machine on Carlito is slowly going to the machine if that happens he dead so basically u can stay in that fight for as long as u like too see what happens but that will be a mission failed but it's just a little side note
metroid is a cool franchise you could discover/react to, metroid dread is the modern one and has incredible interactive cutscenes

Only took a few days for a death cult to form… just like The Mist.
Imagine you had to go through a bunch of cult people everytime you wanted to catch a movie on the big screen - the world would be a better place in days or weeks max. xD
Loved watching these makes want relive this game stil need plat it for its unlimited mode trophy but this is my favourite dead rising game those rain coat guys masks looked like ghost face and they attack with a knife hmm

I don't know if it'd be more considered a journey than anything, but have you guys considered reacting to Call of Duty stories? There are a number of videos featuring no commentary cinematic gameplay of cutscenes and in-game, and I'm sure you could find full cutscene movies if you're not up for the gameplay. Some cod stories that stand out as unique at the very least is Advanced Warfare, Infinite Warfare, the Black Ops series, the original Modern Warfare Trilogy, or the rebooted Modern Warfare games (2019 and soon MWII22.)
Ik you guys don’t like Frank west in dead rising 1. But in his spin off game, dead rising 2 off the record, he is the funniest person ever. His one liners/puns are the best💀
Yes, a zombie outbreak accidentally caused by trying to breed cattle faster because meat consumption in the US was too great and of course the government killed all the witnesses and covered it up. In case it wasn't clear that the game was a satire.
Cultists are suicidal and often throw themselves at Frank to immolate themselves and cause great damage.
Weapons in Dead Rising wear down with use to the point of being useless, so it's best to save the best ones for the big moments. There are ways to increase durability, which is what the player in the videos uses to be able to use the chainsaw all the time without it breaking.

I actually liked the point of the game that this video starts on, where Carlito come onto the PA to talk to isabella; mainly its a hardly-voiced dialog while roaming the mall, amd all of a sudden actual sentences are being spoken while gameplay is happening. That was a cool design choice, and while it made me wish characters were voiced all the time; it still gives off early Yakuza vibes with just text boxes XD

@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames I’d recommend looking up cliff for the game and watching the cut scene and after you defeat him it’s probably the most emotional villain on the game by far
I just realized the video left out Cliff Hudson the most sympathetic psychopath.
We will have to check out the ones missed in this. Would’ve thought they would’ve combined psychopaths in the video from multiple playthroughs just to cover them all 🤔
