Love when a comedian is so good they can steer a conversation into their material and make it seem natural. Gaffigan is one of the best. Saw Sinbad at a comedy club about 2 years ago, and he was the same way. He'd get a conversation going with people in the audience and turn it into a full on comedy routine, seemingly no matter what they wanted to talk about.
I love Gaffigan. People see these comics like CK and Carlin and think the key is in vulgarity. And yet here is a guy at a similar level of brilliance doing it without cursing or being overly lewd once the entire special. Kudos to you, sir.
