As far as I know, Sushi left EC because they just wanted to do different styles of music. He now has his own band called "GHØSTKID" where he does his own music.

Sushi was not that happy in what direction the band went. He already was not with their last two albums with him satiesfied. It made their whole creative process very unproductiv. And at the end he decided two leave. With his limitations he would rather go in another direction, which he did with his project Ghostkid.
I think he is a great vocalist too, but there was a lot of mid songs with him too in their older stuff. Nico has a broader range. He can go to pop-ish sound and can scream as well.
