Maximizing Security in Microsoft 365: Global Admin vs. Global Reader Roles!

The Global Admin role is the most powerful role in a Microsoft 365 tenant. The Reader role is for visibility purposes, providing view-only access. However, combining roles with "Global" in their names can raise security concerns. Security-conscious administrators may want to see firsthand what a Global Reader can do before assigning the role to a user.
Testing roles by signing in as the assigned user can be time-consuming and inconvenient, especially if it involves changing passwords or navigating authentication hurdles.
