I have a question related to after hours and holiday greetings that play after hours or when closed and the "call routing option" is set to "Disconnect". With this set up, does this mean that after hours/when the business is closed that callers will hear the greeting and then the system will end the call and hang up? Thanks
Yes, the caller hears the message e.g " merry Christmas, we are currently on break till ....." and the call ends.

On the minute 7:23, what happens is I don't choose an operator ?
To be honest, I have not explored that option. However, I would check that out once I am able to get a tenant that enables me for enterprise voice as the licenses I used for this demo have all expired now.
