I watched you on a Nashville TV Show and you were promoting Pre-Orders for your Olive Oil. I am always looking for great olivel oil and ordered 2 bottles on 1/8/2024 and never have received the merchandise. I got on your WEBSITE and the only method you provide is to email for customer service, which have sent three emails in the last month with no reply. You do not have a phone number for customer service and I am left with a Credit Card bill and no Olive Oil. Help Please!

Thanks so much for all the gut health tips, Shayna! I'm curious if all these supplements essentially do the same thing in removing minerals, why take them all at once? Medical Medium's celery juice was what saved me and a great mineral detox. I can only speak from experience since I discovered him years ago and tried drinking raw celery juice every morning. After some months, my acne cleared up. Curious to hear your thoughts. Much love from an American in Germany! :)
i drink celery juice often! when I was in italy for a year i found many of these symptoms with my gut cleared but recently i went back to the states for 2 weeks and much of it has come back therefore i use these supplements to help reset

Did you try FODMAP diet? It´s recommended for people with IBS. Some people are fine with just skipping gluten and coffee.
No I don’t do fodmap. I don’t follow any specific “diet” I just go for anti inflammatory, nutrient dense meals and cut out things I know inflame my gut and body.

I think she definitely meant Pitta. I'm an Ayurvedic health coach and the things she said about not reacting well to spicy foods is very much a sign of pitta imbalance.

Also which milks would you recommend cutting out? I drink mainly oat milk so maybe I switch to almond and coconut?
Hi! Yes I recommend almond milk and doing it homemade if you can, as that’s the cleanest and best! I would definitely recommend not drinking oat milk anymore.

I make my own bone broth at home. I change it up with beef, lamb and chicken.
hey! do you do 3 months of this and lets say take another 3 months off or do you do this every day? shouldnt be any harm to take bone broth every single day but my nutrionist mentioned taking probiotics 3 months on 3 months off so im just curious!
It definitely would have no down fall to do it for 3 months! I always like to do longer period of times when my gut can use the extra help. So I can go 2 weeks or 3 months. People with real chronic gut issues I would even do it 6 months to really give it time to heal! Hope this helps! Xo

When I was living in Florence for about 5 years there wasn’t many option for probiotics I got back every year but haven’t found much or the capsules are really way too big. Ordered seed based on your recommendation but still too big for me and have them to my sister who is loving it ! Still in the hunt for something for me!

ive always had high heavy metals but that could definitely be a factor
