Yoo bruh, commenting from the UK, I’m about to start my wave journey and just wanted to shared my plan with you and get some extra tips… So I’m Middle Eastern, hair is hella thick and does curl (I would say type 2C) I’m finna go barber shop and cut my hair short (currently around 3” ontop but not trained) ima get a taper fade with 4 guard WTG on top. Plan is: Brush brush brush (medium or hard brush depends what it feels like on my length) At night I got some curl activator/moisturiser ima use with my night brush session before I double compress (wave cap ontop of durag) for the night Ina morning ima use some pomade after I take the rag off and then to my morning brush session before I head off to work (ima keep brushing all day at night) Wash my hair once a week, rinse under warm water, then I got a curl shampoo ima slap on and use a comb and brush to really get into my hair/scalp) then rag it up and wash off with the durag on, ima softly dry my hair with a towel over the rag and let it dry, then to my usual night routine What u think? Any tips would be highly appreciated
The cut is clean. But im just not a fan of the enhancements. Especially when you have the hair to have a strong and sharp line. Anyway just chopped the locs after 5 years nd im back to the wave gang.
