Patrick, I watched Gerald’s video with you talking about iPhone’s dynamic range. Nice information there regarding the possible native ISO. Would love to see you guys do some real world test and show some test footages testing your theories.
Exactly. If you would put out this vid and tell them that it is a FX3 or Canon superduper, they would immediately comment: Oh my god! What a nice cam, what stunning quality. 2 things made this vid. Mabo behind the cam, the beauty in front of the cam. Beauty + skills. Done. Nothing more. Could take a Casio Exilim Z from 1997. Same result. The masses won’t ever see a difference. There’s a lesson behind it.
Beautiful, my only knock on the footage from these phones is theres still a very digitally sharp artificial look to it... although it seems like this filter definitely helped it some. Really incredible for a phone regardless.
Man it looks so good. Rolling shutter gives the iphone away, and the blur but Apple is really starting to pick up their game with their newer models. Crazy how good it looks.
@@foljs5858 oh! sorry haha I meant the shutter speed and fps dont quite match up to get that natural motion blur. Iphones have that look but if you use ND filters you can get the shutter speed double your framerate while suing a more manual app/nd filters.
@@declanb1928 yeah no worries. with any camera you want your shutter speed to be double your frame rate. If you do that you will get natural motion blur. The problem with that is you are limiting the light with the shutter speed, so you have to use a filter to darken or lighting the shot so you can get a natural looking motion blur. The thing with the iphone is it naturally changes the shutter speed to account for whatever lighting situation you are in. Meaning because the iphone is in "auto" always, you may get jittery or glitchy video. I tried to make that simple but ill attach a video explaining it. Knowing the lighting triangle and stuff are the things youll need to know if you plan to shoot video in manual.
Awesome work and even better model, beautiful woman with some amazing eyes, captivating deep look, sharp facial lines, she has the perfect face and skin full of details for the sharp profile of phones digital images. Beautiful location with antic wallpaper, I love these short films, I hope you get hired to make money on these type of film but never loose that free art spirit.
Oh it makes sense you had a filter on it, was almost matching up with the full hardware for a sec there 😂. But it’s great that people can get cool footage off their phone assuming they know how to color grade.
The result of your mist filer for iPhone15 is stunning! I really want to get one. One question - is the cinematic mode in iPhone15 Pro better than the cinematic mode of iPhone13 Pro in terms of result? (meaning has the software / sensor size etc difference between them other than it's 4K ??)
Thank you! For me it seems like the blur is a little better than on Iphone 13 Pro. More precise and quicker. On iPhone 13 Pro I thought it is not really usable and now its "kinda" usable :D
this phone is insane! 🔥iPhone 15 Pro Max probably the best and the most powerful smartphone this year! Apple always did a very good job. that pushed me and my friends switching from Android to iOS
Hello Brother, I would like buy an iPhone 15 pro for filmmaking (videography). How many hours can i expect battery life in the iPhone 15 pro. Can you please reply for this comment soon...?
the day that the iPhones will literally have a comparable and similar stops of dynamic range and DoF as Arri cameras that 90% of the population won't see a difference will be the turning point of the whole industry, that day is as close as ever
Did you use manual settings? coz it looks like there is something wrong with shutter speed or frames per second. looks like it skips frames. * on some shots. not on all the shots
Impressive what you can do with an iPhone. Please, try making a video in log and prores mode, the difference in the digital aspect between the cinematic mode is abysmal.
I mean it is more than good enough for anything going on youtube. The only reason to use a professional camera anymore is for actual movies going into theaters. But you could definitely still shoot a movie on an iphone
Damnn now you make me want to buy an iPhone 15 Pro Max instead of that 25-105mm f/2.8 lens for my Lumix S5 😥😥Great video man, the colours are rich, great angles, the talent does a great job, and the lighting is pitch perfect.
Question, what is amazing about the Pana S system that Sony didn't have or surpass? I plan to get A7RV with 70-200mm F4 MACRO OSS G II with 2X converter because of the camera 4 ways screen and it's the only tele zoom with 1:1 macro and just shoot closer things and casual video with standard Yellow iPhone 15 but likely will get 16-35mm F4 G Power Zoom and one cheap F0.95 lens too because not want to waste such camera not shoot closer stuffs, do you think my needs can be cover in other brands within 3 lens only too?
Hey @moomoocowsly, remember that kind of statement keep saying each other but it will still feel like right at the corner but haven't reavh yet, but your age still ticking, hence get a proper camera with actual good result or use phone with unreliable good result to record your youth, I take amazing shot with phone but yet I still want to get a proper camera, that said a lot, don't get brainwashed by these marketing, they replace them when they can actually replace them, until then, we all just helping them to reach that goal and achieve something greater by blinded by their marketing and using their expensive phone to record phone quality contents with slight improvement each year when you can use a cheap phone and spend on better camera to get actual good result, it only replace real camera when it can be use reliably to produce good result, most shot on iPhone professional content are still make it to show iPhone capability than actual produce good content, that's very clear what phase it is already
The iPhone 15 really has a fascinating camera It looks like something a modern cinema camera could produce but in the same breath doesn’t look authentic. I don’t know if this is apples “look” they’re going for but nonetheless it’s strange how ugly and beautiful this camera system can be, However this video really does show that you don’t need a $4000 to make a professional looking video, great job
One issue with the debate about 'real' camera vs pear-phone, is that you always have the phone with you... you don't always carry around the 'real' camera. And let's face it; people are lazy, so convenience often wins over the slightly better image a 'real' camera can bring. It is, whether we like it or not, much easier to just grab a phone out of your pocket, than a 'real' camera out of your camera-bag (And a camera-bag with lenses and batteries and gimbal and what not, is a lot heavier than 1 phone) 'Real' cameras still have their place obviously, but some footage will be missed by them because they're not with you as often as the phone is.
Don’t listen to any filmmaker comments. 99% of people that don’t know what an FX3 even is would see this as professional. Great job.

Oppenheimer looks good tho, film still has its place
Sure iPhone looks good but it is because it's in good lighting, make a cinematic film in low light then have real talk
@@NetvoTV ive done plenty of low light tests. looks incredible: ruclips.net/video/43uyZMQk7K4/видео.html

I feel relaxed watching this. Am sure the secret ingredients you used to shoot this masterpiece combine art love and passion! ✨
I fall in love... with the editor of this video

By far the best video I've seen on the iPhone 15 pro so far
Lara...she's got style
Further proof the story and skill are greater than the equipment. Great work MABO
Yeah, especially the story of this really blew my mind! A masterclass in screenwriting! Ahem...
wow, makes me glad I bought this phone
Phenomenal. Doesn’t look like iPhone footage at all.

Everything about this is beautiful. It looks great, and I’m sure it’s a result of great technique.
Best ad ever? Will defo be buying your nd for my phone!

My god what a picture quality this is.
Do you have any tutorials on the setup or editing and how you get such incredible shots from an iPhone???
The whole video HER 👁👄👁 LOVE IT! 10/10
Absolutely stunning shots Max ⚡️The level of creativity you managed to achieve with only a phone is insane!!
Thank you Reilin :-)

Very good looking shots, but the movement/shutter speed needs work. Were you using the built-in camera app where you couldn't control this?
This should have been the Official Iphone 15 Camera Ad for Apple.
