I'm not into Kpop in the slightest--I've ignored it for years--and only got into BP from seeing a suggestion on my youtube frontpage the day Boombaya & Whistle came out. Looking at all the various reaction videos, I've noticed out of the nonKorean reactors, a disproportionate amount are African American which kinda blew me away (in a good sense). Why do you think Kpop has resonated so much with African American audiences? Asian guy here btw
