Good video, showing food prep, names, and prices in USD. Plus other things besides food. 👍🏻

    商品を並べてある所や調理の場面の動画はよく見るが、ここでは台を並べるところからアップされていて興味深かった。
    価格が表示されるのもいい。

Seeing the seafood displayed on ice outside reminds me how much OUR town here in Tx has gone to the can. Being close to the coast. Seafood venders selling shrimp & fish from their trucks in icechest were a great way to avoid traffic in big stores, avoid massive prices & less risk of buying old stuff that was made to look good. And buying from families selling from trucks was a good way to keep money in the town. But one day, p.o.s's came together & said it was a health violation & unsanitary. It banned anyone selling stuff that way. Only way to get it is go to big stores or drive ALL the way to the towns close to the water & buy off the boats. It sucked.

You certainly don't see these vendors anymore in westernized cities.
No offense, but in Southeast Asia you still see vendors selling in these ways everywhere.
Just like what happened in your city, there are people on our RUclips who make comments to the effect that it is unsanitary and should be cracked down on now.
Food is based on the culture of the country and the history of the people's lives.
It is sad that you cannot have respect for the way of life of the people there just because it is different from your own values.
Your comment made me think about so many things. Thanks for watching👏

Thanks for watching!!

If they didn't throw the rest of the shark back after cutting the fins I might understand... Such a waste of food and a beautiful creature. It don't even taste like anything

Failing to see how herb-stuffed fish and grilled prawns/crayfish are extreme at all. I guess I can appreciate the attempt at entertaining or educational content. Good try! Watching this video has been like...if you were stuck at work at a restaurant, but you were only allowed to watch your co-workers do their jobs the whole time. Amusing for about two minutes, then boring, but if I was at work, I'd be getting paid to be bored and listen to ambient sounds while someone slices fish nearby.
