Being from India, and that too from the city of Kolkata, here Egg Rolls and a lot of other type of Rolls (as Fast Food) are very popular. But, what I found was that the Parantha Preparation was nice... perfectly fried on both sides which other people do not...

This is my favourite dish.
First time I ate it when me and my friends were doing a night call during our final year MBBS and we had no dinner. Then at around 3:00am our superviser allowed us to relax for an hour. Then all group members went to cantt station for dinner cum breakfast as all shops near the hospital were closed.
Later with anda paratha we had salty tea which made us fresh again for next 8 hours and a morning meeting.

Great video i love to see the food i was born in England and have to brothers that are half Indian and i love to eat the food but i live in the us now it would be great to get recipes for the food in the u.s. and im sure in other places its a dying art with all the fast food chains keep up the good work .

Amit Tanwar come to burnroad. It's an antique but tasty food area. All the olden legendary food shops are opened here. U San get fish haleem roasted chicken dried fruits katakat charga saggi and what not. No offence but I think Pakistan has less vegetable foods and more meat and chicken

Skills of cook are great. Griddle looks great. The only drawback... Too much oil.
Quite clean work. No mess and dirt around. I couldn't see a single fly around. Thumbs up for the fine cooking. Paratha is my most favourite food... I just lovvvveeee it
