I genuinely think that Clarkson, Hammond and May are British TV Royalty. Everything they’ve ever done is pure gold. The day they pack it in will be a sad one. Much affection.
I know I'm crying when the Zimbabwe episode releases. 😢 BUT I will remember the countless golden moments these three have given all of us over the last 22 years. 😁
It is the end of era finally coming to an end top gear got an cancelled end but one day Top gear will be reclaimed rebooted in a new proper producers one day
Hammond, May and Clarkson are without a doubt the best TV presenters of all time, ive been watching the Top Gear since 2002 albeit minus James for the first season, then the Grand Tour when the trio moved to Amazon. Its a said day for the ending of this.
I now feel very sad to see the end. In reality, the Boys didn’t have to give us the Grand Tour. I really enjoyed how regular and relatable they were. Their frustrations seemed genuine even if the challenges were carefully fabricated. They will be missed.
Watched the last episode last night, it was a wonderfully sad end to a fantastic run of programs, I've been a Top Gear fan since season one when it was finding its feet, I'd just like to say to the whole team a MASSIVE THANK YOU, for all the entertainment, laughs and travels to all the countries i'll never visit, it's sad to see you go and I for one will miss you , you have been part of my life for most of my life, take care guys, may your journeys wherever they may lead, be long and full of happiness....
Why does discovery plus keep the workshop show to UK only? Don't they realize if the open it up, more people will watch, and they can charge more for advertising? It's not like distribution is a big deal with streaming.
The trio will surely have to retire someday. Its not surprising for me. But I see them as the best hosts ever in the whole world. No one can beat them. They will be greatly missed.
Britain doesn't and shouldn't care as Britain is more concerned about banning smoking in pub gardens and the cost of beer. How will you cope now that the 3 are ending again just to come up with a new show on a new platform like Top Gear or the Grand Scam
Not just Britain mate. The whole world. Truly the best TV presenters that ever did it. Their chemistry was absolutely unparalleled. Thank you boys is the only thing to say.
Just visited The Smallest Cog workshop during our holiday, excellent stuff! Keep it coming, it’s a least a bit compensation for the loss of TGT (and TG).
Amazon made such a big deal about the Grand Tour in that first episode. I thought we were gonna get a season every year til they were all in wheelchairs.
@@WilliammorningcrowI mean they all have their own thing now. And you have to take into consideration they’re getting on a bit especially clarkson and may. I mean ffs clarkson is 64 and may is 61. And clarkson has been doing the car show thing waaay longer than may Hammond have. Clarksons basically been a car show/ tv presenter since the 70s
I would watch top gear with my dad every Tuesday at 8:00pm. I would stay up late before school. Me and my dad didn’t bond much when I was younger, because I didn’t share his interests. As a child, Top gear was one of the chances I could sit and relate to my father. These men are very special to me, seeing them say goodbye will break my heart. In all fairness my dad will probably cancel Amazon when it’s over, especially if Jeremy stops filming the farm 😂
They are the perfect combination of TV personalities that ever existed. Rather than just separating into their own boring elderly life stuff, they should have created an adventure business based on Grand Touring. They can combine things from Diddly Squat farm, Hawkstone brewery, May's pub, Hammond's car modifications (with crazy/deadly adventures) to it. People will love to do their own documentaries, Instagram posts, RUclips videos including a socialising experience with the world famous trio at the end of their own grand tour.
It’s sad because it feels like these three are the last three normal and genuinely decent people on tv, I literally cannot think of any people on tv that I actually like
It would be cool if they transitioned to a podcast or something like that. I get that they’re getting older and may not be able to travel, but surely the banter is still there and worth holding into
I'm not sure a studio podcast format would work well in the long term. If they could get together every so often in one of their pubs and film for an hour then that would be brilliant.
It'll be the end of the Grand Tour but I wouldn't be so sure the trio won't do anything together again. They're getting on a bit yes but they're not in retirement homes and wheelchairs just yet. I'd expect a couple of more one off things somewhere along the line where they collaborate again. It won't happen but I think they should do a one off special back on the BBC to end Top Gear forever. One last time at the hanger and the test track with the three rightful presenters to call time on the show properly.
Definitely the end of an era. Thankfully, I can just keep rewatching everything they've ever created - together or on their own. So for me, this will never end. Side note: I haven't listened to radio in a while but what's up with the audio quality? Is it the microphones? The audio from this is atrocious. I think my smartphone sounds better than this. Has no one pointed this out to them yet?
Genuinely would love to see them just have a studio show the specials are obviously taking a lot of them just stick them in a studio and let them do what they do best!
one thing I will say all 3 are so brave. some of the stuff they did, I would never do, but i am a chichen sh^t. if anyone want to comment on there fav please do...
Makes no sense, they make millions of $$$. Who stops working a job that pays that well. If its truly the last then I wish them the best. The mic is as big as Richards head.
@@Hummerbird99 cause they aren’t getting any younger, Clarkson will be 65 next year and James seems to have developed some kind of tremor in the past few years from what I’ve noticed, might be nothing but also might be one of the reasons for giving it up
Bbc need to pull their finger out now. Perfect time to get the old chaps back on board. Back in the studio. Back in a reasonably priced car. Back to wreak havoc on carravans of all shapes and sizes. Back to the news. Back where they belong!! Even if its just a christmas special. They can be the Attenborough's of the motoring world, going on forever. Shut the music down. Ive not come to listen to music ,ive come to listen to Hammond.
💯
Agreed!
It’s a music station. More precisely Jesse J
What's the difference.
I genuinely think that Clarkson, Hammond and May are British TV Royalty. Everything they’ve ever done is pure gold. The day they pack it in will be a sad one. Much affection.
Everyone except BBC & British government would say so. They hate them for not aligning to their agenda and being successful
Grand Tour over! If Clarksons Farm ends then GOODBYE AMAZON!
They are currently filming, Clarkson’s Farm season 4. Scheduled to be released sometime in 2025.
Really ??
Amazon ends for You maybe .

Exactly what is was going to comment!! I had actually subscribed to discovery just to watch the smallest cog and disappointment
Exactly
It's not uk exclusive. I'm in Germany and can watch all 3 seasons so far. The episodes just come a few months later.
Not allowing this be accessible world wide is indeed a missed opportunity!
