    FINELY CHOPPED ONION - 2 PCS
    FINELY CHOPPED TOMATOES - 3 PCS
    GINGER GARLIC CHILLI PASTE - 2 TSP
    JEERA - 1/2 TSP
    BLACK PEPPER - 10 PCS
    WHOLE GREEN CARDAMOM - 2 PCS
    CLOVES - 5-6 PCS
    CINNAMON STICK - 1 INCH
    WHOLE BLACK CARDAMOM - 2 PCS
    BAY LEAF - 2 PCS
    SALT - 1 TSP OR AS PER TASTE
    RED CHILLI POWDER - 1 TSP
    TURMERIC POWDER - 1/2 TSP
    CORIANDER POWDER - 1 TSP
    GARAM MASALA - 1 TSP
    SARSON OIL - 1/4 CUP
    HOT WATER - 2½ CUPS OR AS PER CHOICE
    CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES - FOR GARNISHING
    RECIPE
    IN A PRESSURE COOKER HEAT OIL ON MEDIUM FLAME
    ONCE THE SMOKE STARTED COMING, SIM THE FLAME
    NOW ADD JEERA, BLACK PEPPER, GREEN CARDAMOM, CLOVES, CINNAMON STICK, BLACK CARDAMON AND BAY LEAF
    STIR IT
    NOW ADD ONION & STIR IT NICELY
    KEEP STIRRING IN BETWEEN TILL THEY BECOME LIGHT GOLDEN IN COLOUR
    MEANWHILE IN A BOWL ADD GINGER GARLIC CHILLI PASTE, SALT, RED CHILLI POWDER, TURMERIC POWDER, CORIANDER POWDER AND LITTLE WATER
    MIX IT NICELY & KEEP ASIDE
    ONION GETS LIGHT GOLDEN IN COLOUR
    ADD MASALA MIXTURE IN IT
    MIX IT NICELY
    ONCE THE MIXTURE LEAVES THE OIL
    ADD TOMATOES & MIX IT NICELY
    SLIGHTLY COVER WITH LID FOR 2-3 MINUTES
    REMOVE THE LID
    ONCE TOMATOES GETS SOFT.
    ADD MUTTON & MIX IT NICELY
    KEEP STIRRING IN BETWEEN FOR 8-10 MINUTES
    NOW ADD 1 CUP OF WATER
    MIX IT NICELY
    SLIGHTLY COVER IT WITH LID
    COOK IT FOR 4-5 MINUTES
    NOW ADD THE REMAINING WATER
    MIX IT WELL
    COVER IT WITH LID
    LET IT COOK
    AFTER 3-4 WHISTLES, SWITCH OFF THE FLAME
    ONCE THE PRESSURE RELEASES ITSELF, OPEN THE LID
    CHECK THE MUTTON IF ITS COOKED PROPERLY OTHERWISE LET IT COOK FOR 2-3 WHISTLES MORE
    NOW ADD GARAM MASALA
    MIX IT NICELY
    ADD CORIANDER LEAVES & MIX IT NICELY
    DELICIOUS PAHADI MUTTON IS READY TO SERVE
    TAKE IT OUT IN A SERVING BOWL
    GARNISH IT WITH CORIANDER LEAVES
    SERVE HOT WITH RICE OR CHAPATI
