I once got a work jeep stuck deep in the swamps of eastern NC. Like this, it was not an easy job. There was not really a "road" to get where we were.
"Al", the crusty old wrecker driver and Navy Vet that came and got us, said as he was driving us (like a mad man) back to the spot we got stuck, "The first guy I worked for said you never leave one."
My boss asked him, "Did you ever leave one?
    Al: "Yeah. I left two."
    He didn't elaborate.
After the recovery, my boss asked, "So after seeing what you just went through to get us, I gotta ask, what about the two you left?"
Al: "The first was a fully loaded cement mixer burried up to the axles. The second was a Cadillac that had jumped itself into a canal. Got it the next day tho with the help of my brother and a second truck..."
He charged us $80 and even billed the company we worked for. "I don't take credit cards, but I'll write you an invoice. I know you're good for it" We always said he did at least $80 damage to his truck getting to us.

In fact the battery is the same size as the one in your jump box.

I'd run some wiring from the Jeep's battery to connectors on the back of the bumper. Just have a set of cables on the trailer and plug into the Jeep. Basically use the Jeeps battery like they did without having to remove it.

@@nonconsensualopinion Agree. Cable from battery to the rear tow hitch. Whack a big Anderson plug on it. Cable on the winch and another Anderson plug. Bob's your mother's brother

Best part of video for me, is after all the struggling to load the RZR, the trailer pops off. Made my day.

Again, place a placard on the trailerbox that says 'JUMPBOX'.

Or put a tongue lock on the trailer and have the key on the jump box... Or like others have suggested, run a cable from the battery (with a kill switch) to the back of the Jeep.

depending on power requirements, you might be able to wire the winch through a 7 blade power connector, my camper has an electric jack that runs off my truck.

Hey Matt, big fan and a life time four wheeler, if you mount a battery on your trailer, and add a 7 pin pigtail to your trailer, you can hook up a charging wire to the battery, and you can add working lights to your trailer.
    Good luck
