This Volibear made that build (and the Champion) look EASY-PEASY! Ezreal seems like he'd abuse this rune very easily. You literally get +10 AD and +5 AH for: - Sheen + Tear (Mana, Sheen) - Doran's Blade (AD, Lifesteal, HP) That gives you an extra 14 damage on your Qs and it makes you have 5% less Ability casts.
I was guessing it was a support champ lowest rage quite since they have to be very resilient, couldn't be lux because they usually are duo and while they don't rage quit by themselves, if their duo rage quits, they probs would as well. I was thinking enchanter support but guessed Janna so I was close but wrong
My guess for lowest AFK rate was Braum. His voicelines are just so wholesome, I'm always in a good mood when I play Braum.

The new Volibear build is super strong indeed. Supports also benefit very well from the jack of all trades rune.
Probably Orianna or maybe Zilian.....
