after reset battery cycle, have to turn on the phone using other battery and make sure non genuine battery pop-up first. then use original flex baterry with tag on on new battery then it will restore the battery healh. look like need to buy 2 battery right.
so, do I understand correctly, that you should own an iCopy +, Tag-on Flex cables and remove the BCM-Chip to get the new battery fully supported?
Correct. Also you need to replacement to original battery flex to nonoriginal battery and use tag on flex read original data and write to data to nonoriginal battery. Same as video

how if i dont have the original flex. because i lost it somewhere. can i still remove the battery notification on it?
You need to original battery and flex for replacement with nonoriginal.So You are not possible to transfer any data if you don't have original battery, and flex.
Can this be done on the iphone xs with qianli software as there no flexes available
You can read and write 6toX all series without flex. Only 11 to up model battery needs a flex for read and write.

It must stay with nonoriginal battery! Same as the video.
So you can buy and buy and buy more tag on flex
