      TL;DR dislikes help a video as much as a comment or like does

    In the US, they just use the single size smaller skins, and lots of places don't even fill them, just fold, pinch, fry, and you get a bucket full.
    You guys should do some of the"usual" stuff that you might get in the US/Canada, like the ubiquitous "Crab Rangoon" filled fried wonton. Usually folded triangle or wonton wrap shaped.
    Nowhere does the "double wrapper", like you guys, though, and those are BIG! The crucnch sound at the end is "Pavlovian".

    Yay, great vid. I usually use the small skins you described, bought frozen from Chinese supermarket. Great filling. I love using up leftover water chestnuts in my filling (a tin seems to go a long way) they just seem to go nicely with prawn. Gonna try your filling asap sounds yummy

    I am from Canada and love your videos. Have been cooking oriental food for decades and only now realize I have been doing things slightly wrong. I understand why you can;t send ingredients and things like that to Canada right now but can you send your cook book. If so how much would it cost me to get one? Once again, love your videos and am going to try one or two tonight. Keep it up.

    That looks a really good recipe, I've tried making them before using chopped pork and prawns and also putting in some spring onions, but I'll be trying those as soon as I can find some wrappers...

      Check the tescos/asda website "Spring Home Tyj Spring Roll Pastry 550G" is listed but not for all stores it seems. when i logged into my tesco/asda acc it was has not been available and i called local stores niether stocks it and will not order even if i order a whole case. "w$%£"%'s

    They look and sound absolutely delicious 😍. I’ve not attempted those ...yet... But I do mostly the same thing at Xmas for mince pies with filo in the oven with marscapone added while they’re still hot. Definitely having a go now. Cheers Chin n Choo 🥰

    Do you know where the 'Crispy Noodles' that come with VESTA Chow Mein can be bought from? (they are dry and puff up like Prawn crackers on deep frying).

      They used to sell them in a local shop by my auntie's house, in Coventry, Nigel, but this was the late 80's and not seen them since. I believe they were made by bachelor's. People have since tried to say that frying rice noodles will be the same and they're not. I have looked up the ingredients in those noodles and bought them. I must attempt to recreate them, now I've done all my decorating. They have a taste all of their own, but the 'chow mein' tastes like 💩 ! But about exotic as 1970's Britain got! My mum used to treat herself to one and tried one recently...she couldn't believe she once liked them!😆😆😆

    Theres alot in those packs... can you freeze the remaining pastry sheets without ruining them?
    Is it the same stuff used for soups? Just with more of the PVA like paste to keep them closed.

      Yes these were peeled and deveined, thought I mentioned that, maybe didn’t, but in all the other videos we use prawns we say devien them

    Every time I try and make rice In my rice cooker it turns to mush any idea where I’m going wrong? I watched you video on how to make boiled rice and I followed the steps of washing the rice through numerous times but still no success 😳

      Slightly to much water, reduce by about a mm, makes a huge difference, or your not using triple A grade long grain rice

    Guys I love you two, I want to give you money, but PLEASE PLEASE sort out your website - it is horrific to try and use, not to mention it feels like you're looking through a magnifying glass. I can't pre order your book the links just reset themselves. There's no contact link so I could send you this message from their. You're letting yourselves down and potentially losing money.
    Anyway a request, could do a playlist of restaurant grade meals not take away as an option thanks

      Its wix were usinging so all we can do is report problems, links we've had this issue with once before but only a couple of people had issues, was normally down to there computer settings. There is contact us info on the bottom of the 1st page and not been an issue so dar as we get 100s of emails on that a day, but will add a contact is page, not sure what you mean by magnifying glass, not had anyone ever say that, what are you using to view the site? Thanks for all the fees back, all helps
