In the US, they just use the single size smaller skins, and lots of places don't even fill them, just fold, pinch, fry, and you get a bucket full. You guys should do some of the"usual" stuff that you might get in the US/Canada, like the ubiquitous "Crab Rangoon" filled fried wonton. Usually folded triangle or wonton wrap shaped. Nowhere does the "double wrapper", like you guys, though, and those are BIG! The crucnch sound at the end is "Pavlovian". Thanks!

They used to sell them in a local shop by my auntie's house, in Coventry, Nigel, but this was the late 80's and not seen them since. I believe they were made by bachelor's. People have since tried to say that frying rice noodles will be the same and they're not. I have looked up the ingredients in those noodles and bought them. I must attempt to recreate them, now I've done all my decorating. They have a taste all of their own, but the 'chow mein' tastes like 💩 ! But about exotic as 1970's Britain got! My mum used to treat herself to one and tried one recently...she couldn't believe she once liked them!😆😆😆

Theres alot in those packs... can you freeze the remaining pastry sheets without ruining them? Is it the same stuff used for soups? Just with more of the PVA like paste to keep them closed.

Every time I try and make rice In my rice cooker it turns to mush any idea where I’m going wrong? I watched you video on how to make boiled rice and I followed the steps of washing the rice through numerous times but still no success 😳
This is a controversial opinion, but I've never had a decent deep fried crispy wonton and they all seem a bit flavourless to me, but I wait to be impressed.

Slightly to much water, reduce by about a mm, makes a huge difference, or your not using triple A grade long grain rice
