Re apply..payment also not refunded ..they have asked to write acknowledgement number on the document while submitting.So how to re apply? I couldn't edit the same application... njan apply cheythappo after payment ,Authentication failed aayi. Ini enthu cheyyum."Your e-KYC /e-Sign based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC /e-Sign mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days."

But I verified my number in UIDAI with my Aadhar, but it showed my number was not linked with my Aadhar. Pakshe ithonnum ariyathe njan NSDl register cheythu Rs 107 paid(athu thirichu kittumallo). After all these processes the above status is shown. So ini ente Aadhar link phonumayi link cheythathinu shesham, Can I start with a new registration in NSDL website. Please reply.

If you met with any problems similar to mine then its better go to an E centre as I was gone. Make sure that your Aadhar card is linked to your number, else first link the number to aadhar from an Akshaya centre as I did and wait for the updated Aadhar. After getting the updated Aadhar card, proceed for pan card from a cafe. It would be better. I got my pan card doing this way.
These all happened with me.
You can use your phone number (no problems regarding the name of person in which the sim is already taken) to link with Aadhar.
