You should try using S-Log2 with the color gamut "ITU709 Matrix" this gets rid of the desaturated colors of S-Gamut which fall apart in the 8bit codec when you push them back up and have ugly color blocking in skin tones and shadows. What you end up with the best of both S-log2 gamma for dynamic range and nice Rec709 color straight out of camera (no more orange reds and green yellows)
Ok question do you go through each shot and color grade them before you sequence them? Since I started practicing I usually do multi cam sequence to put my scenes in place and use an adjustment layer to color grade the whole thing but seems like you go through each scene and color grade one by one
Hey bro iam moving from a Panasonic GH4 and still wondering which camera i should get, do you recommend the A6500? I mainly shoot Weddings & Music Videos, my budget is around $1600 for just the body. I either get the GH5 or the A6500 but can't really choose and need some help lol.
Don't get a A6500 - when you shoot 4k the screen dims and is unusable outside or in bright light, get a a6400 or a6600 both are newer than the a6500 and have better autofocus, color science, battery life (a6400 runs for longer on the same battery and the a6600 has the newer bigger z battery) also they have the HLG color profile and additional custom favourites menu pages. I own a a6500 and have used the a6400 for work and the a6400 is a lot better (lack of ibis in the a6400 is irrelevant as the Sony ibis is not great in video and you are better off getting a gimbal).
Hey Dennis, this may be a silly question but I'd appreciate an answer good sir! Do you add the black bars in post or in camera. If you do it in post how do you make sure you don't cut into the shot? or do you shoot the shot in such a way that you pre plan the obstruction that would be caused by the black bars? If you do it in camera, how is it done? I'd really appreciate a response.
You don't put bars or anything when you film, do it in post. in Premiere there are some premade functions but you can just add a black clip and place it manually. They will cut into your shot unless you filmed in an unusal stock. you want the format to be 16:9 or?
They all learn from each other so its kinda hard to be different. The one who adjust what they learn and improve stand out which is rare. This guy is doing a good job though no hate.
This guys is my teacher. Learning everything from you bro... thanks a lot
Finally someone that shows details on each step. Perfect and thanks for this vid. I subbed for that reason.

Lol I'd go for a6500! I shoot both of those and especially with weddings, having great auto focus makes a huge difference!

can you upload the footage ur using flat so we can practice on it me, please !
hello bro can you help me, how can I record slow motion in 4K with the sony a6400? , tnky for the video
I've never used the a6400 before. I'm not sure on the specs. But you can shoot 1080p 60fps and 120fps and upscale it to 4k in editing!

These edits were done on S-Log? I’ve been shooting in HLG but I really want to try shooting in S-Log but people say it’s not worth it....
Yes, everything piece of content you see of mine is shot in slog2. I cant say the difference between the two, because i have no experience with HLG
Is that guitar behind you an IbanezSZ320?
Yes sir! I can't believe you were able to distinguish the model
BravO 👏👏
Is it just me or these RUclipsrs sounding exactly the same
It's just you. Lol

You are too confident with your monitor you are not using the scopes ! Mmmm
