I don't foam roll often mostly because I have no idea how to properly target a muscle. This video was perfect! Maybe you'll have a video on trigger point release, too? With lacrosse balls and peanuts. I'm hopeless with those, too, but they work well for others.
Can you do a series to work the muscles that are small and tight to the bones for the core PLEASE!! AND the ones that important to support the joints of the whole body please? Thank you, love from Canada!
