  • How to use traditional paper marbling techniques to decorate woodcut mermaids.
    The woodcuts are treated with aluminium sulphate before marbling. The paint is powdered Turkish Ebru pigments mixed with gal acid and water. The liquid (size) is water thickened with carrageenan.
