A walk to the base of Ellenborough Falls. The falls is the second highest single drop falls in Australia and is located in the Mid Nth Coast of NSW in Australia
As far as nature trails go, it just doesn't get any greater than this. The trail is well maintained but not spoiled by making it an urban walkway, it keeps its natural beauty. The lush vegetation and tall trees are spectacle to behold and the falls are unbridled beauty as a fall from the mountain to the valley below. Fantastic upload.

Very impressive falls!! Wow!! It sure looked like the mist was swirling around at the foot of the falls, and would get everything soaking wet! Nice that you can get views about 1/2 way down... really pretty, and it sure did look like a steep climb back up!! Fantastic views!! :)
Thanks Jennifer, the visit to this waterfall was on my list for some time. Well worth the drive over rough/dirt ground for about 10 miles. Was definitely a steep climb but luckily not that long, really.
I have been to that falls a year back and it was after a heavy rain. The waterfall was massive and powerful. It's a nice walk but some of the trail was a bit slippery. Great walk. We have to stop a few time just to get to the top. Thanks for sharing.
Recently passed through Taree and heard about these falls. Thought about going, however already had other plans so decided to leave for another day. Was great to see your post to get an idea of the track. Will definitely put it on our list of things to see/do. Thanks!

It's a great little walk. It wasn't as difficult as I thought. I hate stairs but this was manageable. Great flow after a few days rain.

Have to clarify its the second tallest "single drop" there are others taller that may fall down two or three levels but... it was pretty spectacular

Amazing place lots of trees, loved the sound of the waterfall. It’s good that there’s a stairs made it more easy to go near the falls.
Yes the stairs were good and even though there was a lot of them it wasn't too bad

Yes it was. I was worried about all the steps going down and back up but it wasn't too bad.

Totally agree. It's a waterfall worth revisiting and experiencing it after heavy rain is a bonus and worth the drive over potholed dirt roads....😎

It was .... I left the bottom of the falls saturated from all the spray. Luckily I had a change of clothes in the car
