Pro tip! : if you need drivers to install there is a way to mount a physical drive to a virtual machine like virtualbox. however ive only seen this a pc with a firewire cable.

In the end, it is still closed source, and you have no way to keep it up to date and supported, also no GPU drivers. It's not worth the time.

also you can find usb pcie add in cards to be able to just plug in a usb keyboard and mouse on windows xp
for the gpu just put a gt 710 in there, and for sound add a sound card

You can use PAE on 32bit
Install macos on your intel 9900k (or hackintosh)
With some motherboards its possible to set the USB 3.0 into 2.0 mode in Bios settings, for older OS.
Try to change videocard from modern to GTX 980 Ti or GTX Titan Maxwell. 😊

You can install into the TPM module connection _(having removed that TPM)_ an ISA slot _(since there are ISA expansion cards made in the open source community)_ and then that can take a USB riser card _(or serial or parallel IEEE1284 or NIC, or soundcard with MIDI etc.)._ Maybe it would have detected that. The TPM is 8 bit.

Why don't people port Windows XP to UEFI? They have the source code to the kernel and to the user-space applications.
Thanks to One Core API, it can be run on Modern Hardware.
I think bios has an option for port 60/64 emulation for legacy software.

@@silfrido1768Would work with the 7800x3d, but not with the 4090, if you got a 30 series GPU or older, then it will work. Remember to use CSM mode!
