They really focus on transition play which is why at the higher levels like University, the passes and movement are extremely crisp. Back then, we were always told to imagine the game like a river. The ball always needed to be moving somewhere. Even the formation the guy mentioned brought back memories.

Play you bro! Yeah, they are aggressive, but find ways to turn with the ball that put you in a position to beat the player behind you. If they aren’t right on your back, you can turn.
