I procrastinated on my homework and I’m having a lot of anxiety about turning it in before midnight. This video will definitely help me calm down and focus :)

Omg when I asked for a spa style video to help me get through finals, I never thought it would be something as creative as this. This was amazing! I actually have narcolepsy, so the sleep exam at the beginning is something I’m used to-I felt seen on such a personal level. Literally tearing up bc I have a huge exam tomorrow, so I’m exhausted from studying, but this video brought me so much joy and comfort. Thank you Sarah 🫶🏻 your creativity is an incredible gift

hey Sarah, i just wanted to say that I recently found your channel and it’s one of the best things that’s ever happened to me. A couple things- I really struggled with trying to stay focused with my studies and with not using my phone while studying for school, so your pomodoros have helped me so much. (Especially when I’m studying for my Spanish class!! I actually really love Spanish and am going to try to learn the language) I also have very bad anxiety, and I discovered your channel when I was having a serious anxiety/panic attack. your anxiety reducing videos help me so much💕💕💕 I also am in recovery from an ed. I love just putting on any of your roleplays or something that really gets me relaxed while I do eat so that I can take my mind off of the fears, and turn it into relaxation and positive again. I really really appreciate all the work and effort that goes into your videos, and I love how we sort of connect in the fact that we are learning Spanish! you’ve done so much for me already in such a short period of time😭 I just love your channel!
