Are the solar panel and batteries weather resistant? Did you buy this cooler from Costco? There are 2 batteries in the package? Will consider to buy it.

One thing I didn't catch is can you charge the 2nd battery with the solar panel while the first battery is in the refrigerator? Thanks again for the great review!
