When it comes to LSU, people who’ve been watching basketball for years will act like they’ve never seen a basketball game before, and don’t understand anything about the game only when it comes to LSU. Every game is gonna be different and be played differently. There’s gonna be some games when they play so on fire that it’s obvious to everyone including their haters that LSU will win, and there’s gonna be games when they don’t play as well regardless if they win or lose. Back in February and earlier this month, Hailey was dominating these games and now Flau’jae is having her moments, and earlier in the season Mikayla and Morrow had their moments. When one player on the team doesn’t have a good game everyone is shading and hating on them…..but we forget that every game is different, and every player has their moments to shine.
Man her scoring is down so people wont give her credit, but the way Hailey has been running the offense as a traditional guard with Last-Tear still recovering, has absolutely kept LSU afloat.
She has great handles but doesn’t make the right play, her decision making has been poor lately. She’s struggling and averaging 5.5 pts per game in the tournament if I am not mistaken. I think if She plays pick and roll with Reese, her game is going to come and his shots are going to fall.
