Hello Andrew, Andreas, Corey and Kalei, how awesome Is this, that you have Andreas David as your guest for your Podcast - he is a Great musician and has one of the best ukulele Shops in Berlin, Germany called "Gute Ukulele" ! 😊 Awesome to see and hear three so talented musicians together! What a Surprise ✨ - 1 hour pure enjoyment. Thanks so much to all of you! Kind regards and be blessed from Germany, Bettina
P.S. ... Yes... Corey and Kalei, you have to come to Germany (perhaps to the Ukulele Festival in Berlin...). That would be wonderful- the Ukulele Community here in Germany will love it!
Hallo Andreas, als großer Fan der Ukulele Site und von deren Podcasts und Clips, freue ich mich sehr über dies Video mit dir! Liebe Grüße aus Deutschland und noch eine schöne Zeit auf Hawaii! Bettina
Aloha Bettina, danke für die netten Worte. And yes, Corey and Kalei have to come to Germany!!
Same here...would love to have you guys over here in Germany...thanks for making that podcast...greetings from southern Germany...🤙🎶
Definitely! It would be a great joy to have Corey and Kalei in Berlin 😍. Maybe even including workshops? 🤔 For example how to best combine strumming and picking.
Also, it is nice to have the chance to play and try out some high quality ukuleles at the Gute Ukulele Shop in Berlin. I can agree to that, too. Of course at some point I'll want to do that on Hawaii, too.
Greetings from Bonn, Jan
Thx so much Bettina!
Andreas is for sure in the World Ukulele Hall of Fame! And yes guys, pack your stuff and come to Germany in the summer :)
Andrew sure does do a great job bringing the best talent in on these podcasts.
Thx SO much! 🤙🏼
I'm convinced they can play any style of music. The bluegrass blew me away
yee haw, mahalo! 🤙🏼
Wow, amazing Video with my teacher Andreas David!
When I heard from Andreas he was going to Hawaii I was hoping he'd come on the podcast! Amazing stuff 🤙
Yes! Mahalo!
That pinky finger trick just blew my mind 🤯🤯🤯🤯
Different yeah 🤙🏼
Just makes ya smile that Sweet Georgia Brown 👏👏👏
Excellent ❤ I bought my Romero Creations Replica at Andreas‘ store.
Holy moly 😍 it's like espresso in the morning 🌄 🙌
It was such a pleasure to watch you guys make music. Three experts together, it couldn't be nicer. And as a German, it almost fascinated me that Andreas kept up so casually. After all, Corey and Kalei are 2 ukulele superheroes on RUclips. Great you three!
Mahalo! 🤙🏼
🤩🤩🤩 Corey is a beast! This was amazing.
You guys are awesome!
Thank you!
No one does it better than you guys! Entertaining, educational and fun!
Mahalo!!!

Thanks a lot! ❤ It’s just fantastic!!! ❤❤❤
It's so nice that you have invited Andreas… 👍
This is absolutely crazy good!! Absolutely stellar playing all the way around! I would qualify all of this as A CUT, and should be on an album!!! Love you gize!
Yeah these three would make a wonderful EP!
The bluegrass was insane - especially the Tommy Emmanuel piece, my jaw dropped!! Amazing as always and so nice to hear Andreas again!
This whole podcast is so high yield & rich with new ideas, & that amazing performance at 33:43…. I am as stoked about this episode (if not more!) as I am with going to see Tommy Emmanuel & Jerry Douglas live soon.
Wunderschön ❤❤❤❤ ich könnte stundenlang zuhören
I know Andreas and his band LuckyLeles, what an amazing musician. Corey sold me 2016 my Kanile’a and I meet Kalei in the Kamaka shop, one of my favorite ukulele players. And now 3 totally different musicians playing together, I love it!
So great, Andreas!
Mahalo
Wow, you guys brought the good stuff this week. Of course, you bring the good stuff every time. I would have a hard time choosing between Georgia Brown and Tico. Both terrific. And truly, thanks for all the wonderful music you share with us.
TY for your kind support!
Andreas yaas!! Thanks to him I have my Pepe! And you guys played Tico Tico I LOVE IT
That intro with "Sweet Georgia Brown" is friggin' FANTASTIC!
Hallo Andreas,
Tolles Video, exzellentes Spiel, inspirierend und lehrreich.
Danke, Gruß Jürgen
Danke Jürgen!
It is so funny around 1:00:28 when they both look over to Andreas like two students waiting for approval 🤣
And Corey confesses!
Very interesting take on the use of pinky finger! Mahalo
Beyond awesome 👌 👏 👍
mahalo! 🤙🏼
That opening ... just ... wow .
Wunderbar!
Großartig.
Damn. So good!

Wau 😊
Hey guys, found your channel this morning. Saint Patricks weekend here in Ireland. Family watched the full video. Wow just incredible playing guys. I'm newish to Ukulele and really inspired here these masters at work. Stunning. I found it interesting how Andreas got into small things like finger positions for C even! Very very interesting. I have subscribed. It would be awesome if Andreas did more in English online as I think it's just superb.
So, what a fun this was!
Love ‚Tico Tico‘ btw 😄
And am a bit proud of the result of the blindfold challenge 😂👍
YES! Pleeeaaase come to Germany. It’s great over here 😉
But we’ll have to do a festival then.
Thanks for the show!
And a good and save trip back for Andreas!
Thanks Daniela - and I agree, the result of the blindfold tests ware pretty good🙂
@Andreas David 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 I was sure you were gonna get the KoAloha immediately, after I thought you felt that musubi sound hole. Great job!!
@@hands_on_lanzon it is surprisingly difficult to feel the shape of the Musubi only by sliding along the hole...
I was feeling Corey at 33:08 with the "Ow!" That was amazing!!!
Mahalo...shaka BRO
Great session, So fun, Andreas was outstanding, another gem of professionals jamming. Got to love “ Name that Uke”. Man, that KoAloha Red Label concert is so sweet👌. Corey’s Kamaka is just sublime next level. This made my Friday night. Andrew, the video is a million miles from crappy, if you feel it is crappy, then may the crappiness continue it was ace.
Thx so much Mike. I really appreciate that.
Trop bon
Was missing you’ll! Awesome to have Andreas back. I think Corey’s favorite guest. Dude where are the links?
What uke model is Andreas playing (pono master spruce top)?
Andrew put that info in the description box.
@@G..G.. thanks 👍
Andrew always enjoy watching/listening is there anyway you could mic a side sound port and compare the difference the player hears one with one without
Oh that's a good idea, thx
Hoop👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽✌🏾
Yewwwww
Crazy night with this launching at midnight PST on my iPad in another room. If you’re going to be woken by intruders, this is the best possible outcome.🤣
😆🤙🏼
come on, Andreas … the angled heel(cap) plus the (shape of the) soundhole, which you actuall had your finger in, plus the lowG should‘ve given the KoAloha away within seconds … 😊
Why his face was blurred?
Just mistake w the filming. 🥴
Why does Andreas not carry Kamaka?
Why is Andreas so unfamiliar ( and doesn’t sell) with Kamakas?
Andrew, are your parents John and Susan? If so tell them hello from Boone NC.
George and Sylvia? Mom of Ira and Lucas?
@@HawaiiMusicSupplyTUS Yes. I love your show! I have been playing the ukulele for a couple of years.
@@sylviablackman2974 That's so cool! If you have time email me at andrew@theukulelesite.com. I'd like to share your contact w my parents.
