I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this movie!!! I've watched it well over 100x. At least that's when I stopped keeping track. I can barely remember the names of my neighbors but I know EVERY word to EVERY song in this movie! Lol I could seriously recite the whole movie verbatim ;)) This movie has given me so so much joy since I was 12 years old... I'm in my forties now and it is STILL to this day my favorite movie of all time! I wish I had known and could have attended this screening... Altho I might have peed my pants from excitement! When this movie came out it wasn’t as successful as the previous one. I think unfortunately it was being compared and not given the chance to be its own movie. I’m not saying that this movie is great but it had its moments. I like the chemistry b/t Michael & Stefanie and let’s face it their both really pretty. Also the music was really good. I love Cool Rider, Charades, Love Will Turn Back The Hands Of Time and Prowlin. The performances of those songs in the movie where enjoyable. Anyway it’s really nice to see the film being appreciated and enjoyed now. It’s also great to see these actors looking back with fondness.
I love Goose, my favourite Goose moment is when he's acting the tough henchman when Johnny confronts Stephanie outside the diner, but then when Johnny tells him to go inside so the ex-couple can talk in private, Goose goes: "Aww Johnny, I don't wanna eat alone!" Haha. It's such a cute moment.
I've always enjoyed this movie since I first saw it following my becoming familiar with the soundtrack after my buddy's parents saw the movie and played the soundtrack over and over again when we were kids. Now, I'm grown and my ten-year-old son absolute loves it. He watches it over and over. He's watching it right now, actually, lol. Great movie.

This was AWESOME! Terrible sound, but so awesome to see them all back together! I never got to see the show when it was in the theaters but I did get to see it the summer before ninth grade, I was 14 years old and totally in love with Goose! That summer I watched it every single time it was on, I still watch it every time it's on. (Watched it twice in one day a couple of days ago.) Also to this day I still quote lines from this show. SOOO many good memories of that summer and to be very blunt, Grease 2 was better than the original Grease!

Loved this movie!!! How 'bout that ride? I was 8 years old when Grease debuted at the theater, too young to see it at that time. I was 12 when Grease 2 arrived. At first I thought it was the event of seeing it at the theater that made it so impressionable for me. It made me anxious to see the first. When I did, I was a little disappointed. I loved JT and found it pure entertainment. Grease was about the woman adjusting herself for the guy. Grease 2 however was all about the guy adjusting himself for the girl.
There were many reasons why this film didn't do well during the summer of '82. One main reason - It was released at the wrong time. It couldn't compete with other summer movies such as Tron, Conan The Barbarian, Rocky III, Star Trek II, E.T., Poltergeist, Fast Times at Ridgemont High, The Thing, An Officer and a Gentleman, etc... All of those movies dominated the 1982 summer box office.
Great soundtrack. I actually bought it from Amazon not too long ago. Maureen Teefy isn't on the CD version of 'Lets Do it For Our Country", just Peter. The Movie version with Maureen sharing vocals is much better.

I noticed there was alot of similarity between the guy who played the jock from the original whom is Lorenzo Lamas and Grease 2 Maxwell Caulfield. In my opinion i think Lorenzo Lamas should have played Danny in the original Grease.
Adrian Zmed was so hot in this movie. I met him at The Hilton in Vegas when he was hosting a small talent show. ONJ had just had a concert and I had to stay one more night to meet him. I was so excited!! Oh my. He talked a lot, but I didn’t hear a word he said. His lips were moving and that’s all I saw. 😂😂

Dennis Towle first I want to say I love Grease and I love Grease 2 and Michelle definitely was missed and I don't think she was being rude or arrogant by stating that she hated this film because this movie was her first movie role and it was a complete flop. Maxwell Caulfield who played Michael Carrington stated that he couldn't get a good role for ten years after this movie because it was so bad. Now that there's such a cult following for this movie people look at it differently but over the years many of the actors from this movie have said the same thing so don't hold that against Michelle.
Lots of people hated at least one job they had at the start of their career. Especially if it was a job that looked promising but turned out to harm their prospects, or one they got mocked for.
Grease 2 never got its due. Here was a srmequel and as someone posted I remember got horrible reviews and compared to oruginal when it was a sequel. Cmon Adrienne and Lorna.
