  • This is why it's important to deal with legitimate professionals who are trained to pay attention to detail. Relying on your vision and hearing are two of the most important things you can do in the HVAC and plumbing industry. I hate to sound drastic or dramatic, but this was a very dangerous situation. Spreading carbon monoxide throughout the home whenever the HVAC system turns on is incredibly unsafe and life-threatening. The crazy part is, it's safe to assume this house has been this way from the moment it was built 14 years ago.

    Great video. But whenever furnace is on wouldn't combustion air for furnace create back draft on the water heater vent? Thanks

    I really wish we had basements where I live. They are so nice to work in.
