The video looks excellent! Except for the occasional wind, the audio sounds really good too. This is something I’ve also wondered - would I like to have known. In some ways yes, it would’ve helped, in other ways no. My conclusion is the same - it’s impossible to answer one way or the other so, I’ll just take what I know now and move forward - a still confused but more knowledgeable person.

Great to see you out an about, my mum and dads house is right by a trotting track club too. This chat was really open and honest. I am very glad I know who I am as a person regardless of all my masks, I know why they are necessary in this NT world. Finding your people is the key so you can have those chats and get togethers if able, it doesn't mean we need to be the life of a party, I know that will never be me and I'm totally okay with that. I love me for me and self-acceptance and self-love goes along way to healing and being the best version of ourselves.

It was a long hard road to find who we are... Knowing so many beautiful people on the spectrum has made those bitter years so much easier to accept...

@@angelakeepa9830 Thank you! - It is still difficult for me to see value in who I am and what I do... I know this is an old habit that I'm trying to stop like so many of these we learned in our lives. I have a lot of respect for you Angela and it helps so much to hear your words because I know they come from a heart of truth... HUGS to you my aspie sister!
