Also Q Pickups from Croatia make great tapped bridge pickups. They have a store on Reverb. I used their clone of a pickup that came stock in the original Pete Townsend Tele copies.

on eBay - I imagine I searched for "esquire abalone pickguard". I aged it a little bit
