My whole family n relatives use these plates during tours, trips and family functions,,, some time s these can b used 3,4 times
Fantastic product. I would definitely buy them. But here in the USA the health code people would say they were not washed properly prior to pressing and turn them down.
I'm impressed with the idea. Would really like to see them over here.
They're sold in the US. They're just really expensive for disposable. People use them for fancier outdoor parties.

Need of the hour. I have used these. They are pretty stiff so can be used for buffet dinner unlike thermocol ones. They are quite costly though.

Unless the leaves can be ground up, pressed again and somehow still made to retain strength, automation is not possible. Every leaf is different

hygienic Yes because they are wet heat pressed for more than 3 minutes at high temperatures beyond 150C to 200C, it acts as autoclave.
Still far better than any employee working in apple factory in China where employee used to take jump from top to do suicide.
Can be made hygienic simply by cleaning with sterilized water and sun dry it.If necessary can also be steam dried. Operator safety can be made by automation but at a more cost of production
