So as far as technora on fire poi goes, you can check out this video ruclips.net/video/p7Qaak55wWo/видео.html. It is on how I put technora on my Ultraknob handles with a swivel. Instead of a swivel just attach it directly to your poi head or in my case I use 2 jack chain links like in this video.. The process is exactly the same. Now if you are wanting to know how to attach swivels onto fire poi then that video is still coming. I have been doing the traditional brummel splice on one end to mcdonald brummel splice on the other and then having the tails from both ends meet in the middle. The problem with that is that once you do enough orbitals the ends start to pop out the sides which sucks big time. I have another option I will throw together once I get off this very long road trip. It will have the ends fused together so they won't pop out. Can't wait to get those done!
Hey Beacon, I just tried your method of linking my Technora tether to my poi head via jack chain. I’m running into an issue we’re the gap on the chain is catching the Technora and pulling out fibers or getting caught. What do you recommend?
Hey man. Well it depends on the links you have. Som have a more oval shape to them where even when you close the links it still has a small gap and that gap comes to a point on the inside if that makes sense. If thats your problem then grab onto the tail end of the link and bend it in so the flat part of the end is perpendicular to the side . Shit I realize I'm not gonna explain it as good thru text. Message me on facebook with a picture of your link showing the problem. I'll send you a video of what I mean
Super detailed thank you. Appreciate your perfectionism. I can relate.
thanks brother.. you rock !!
Peace Love and Happiness
Thank you for this!
Your welcome!
After your last video, I was hoping this would be a tutorial on how you put technora on your fire poi.
