At first I thought the prosecutions motive was weak but after Alex testified I absolutely believe it and agree that could have been the motive! I think him taking the stand hurt him...and showed he was willing to do whatever to get outta trouble!!!

My cousin was shot in the head and killed on his 20th birthday in 1982. I never visualized or had any conception of the extent this trauma could cause with brain matter exploding out. He was such a sweet guy.
I can't conceive how anyone can do such a heinous thing.

I was thinking when his one ex partner from the law firm was testifying and he said Maggie's bracelet was broken...I'm wondering if he didn't shoot Paul first and maybe he didn't know Maggie was still there so he had to chase her and he grabbed her by the wrist or she was there when he shot Paul first and she started running and he then grabbed her either way I think it's very possible that how her bracelet was broken!?!?

PS- I think letting the Jury see the kennels only is a good idea. Since the Jury's not allowed to take notes (which I still think is incredibly stupid), anything they can actually experience would be good for BOTH sides.

@@kokokat584 I k, r? I think this is heading for a Hung Jury because both sides are going too far into the weeds. The bottom line is he said he wasn't at the kennels, it was proved he was there, so now he's changed his story to fit the evidence. If 12 people- crying or not- can't see that, then this is going to be a hung jury.

Funny that prosecutors can use a book to help their evidence but the defense cannot use the SAME book in their defense??!?? That’s not right! Multiple times the Judge decides with the state. Biased, gross. Not defending the defendant but it should be fair straight across the board.

It will be a hung jury, there shady shit on all sides, some things prosecutor’s are trying hard to create facts to fit a narrative, not being truths, n if Alex didn’t do this then there are people out there that have done this, as time passes who thinks the law will ever find them or care too? I think this is someone’s payback for something Alex did. Maybe someone that lost their family he screwed over, that sounds more like what happened to me. An eye for eye kinda thing.
