I will say Meg speech to Lois in trading places is a lot more spot on " It's a house, a finite space. I don't understand why you have to be such a freaking martyr about it"
One of my favourite “Peter truth moments” is when he jokes about how hard it is to get sand out of your backpack as screaming “It’s been four years!” while trying to shake more out hahahaha
As someone who lived on a peninsula on a peninsula (St. Petersburg, FL) and had a beach 20 minutes away in almost every direction, sand is nature's glitter. It was everywhere there! You can NEVER get rid of it!! It's the absolute worst!!!
And some people deliberately go to movies early enough to see the trailers. My brother, for one, does that. I don't understand it. If I wanted to watch ads, I'd watch WatchMojo on an account without YT Premium.
The moral behind the trading places is the exact same thing I've seen in body swap episodes. No matter who you are, EVERYONE'S lives are usually terrible
The solution to the plastic wrap problem, at least for me, was buying it at Costco. You get the commercial grade stuff that comes in a box heavy enough to hold itself down and a sliding cutter device that also holds the end of the roll.
the saran wrap box, at least used to be designed to eliminate all those problems. I still use it so little that I have a 19 year old box in the drawer.
Thank you! It's been a long time since I've seen a WatchMojo Family Guy video hosted by a female narrator. Plus, I personally consider Rebecca Brayton the voice of Mojo overall.
10:50, did you know that ceram wrap, aluminum foil, and wax paper all have little tabs at the ends of the box that push in and function as locks to keep them from coming out while you are using them
“Bye Lois! Bye Church! Bye Awful Church People!” We’ve all had those moments when we want to go home but there’s one family member who just keeps talking to people tearing your patience
Amazing video Rebecca from watch mojo of Peter Griffin from family guy saying things what will our thinking of out loud, fantastic job. I love family guy,Peter Griffin is one of my favourite character one the show ever.
I love that Rebecca knows her family guy fairly well. This show does have crude humor, but it also teaches you important lessons in life. Something overlooked too many times by people who dislike it.
The HIMYM thing is easy. Your voice sounds different in your head than it does to others. Josh's voice is how others hear it. Sagat's voice is how he hears it. Arguably, it's not a great explanation but not as bad as everyone is making it out to be.
I would think it's because the show tries to differentiate between past and present Ted Moseby, making sure that people don't think that we are hearing the thoughts of the past Moseby, when it's the "present" moseby narrating about something. basically to avoid confusion
If your in the UK you usually find a poppy in or on your winter coat, anyone else read the receipts you find and be puzzled " Why TF did I buy werthers originals, a saw, car polish and microwave popcorn wtf was I doing that day!?"
I always thought Bob Saget’s warm calming dad voice is what Ted THINKS he sounds like since he’s been known to lack self awareness on many occasions and that’s why they use his voice until the finale when you finally see his face from his kids’ perspective
We eat leftovers. For us we often use plastic containers. For me I've started using these plastic sheet things with a rubber band. (I don't know what they are called.) You just have to wash them after using them. I've been starting to use reusable plastic bags. Again you just have to wash them after using them. I also have fabric reusable bags for veggies and fruit. And reusable bags for shopping. Which I prefer the reusable bags for shopping over the plastic. Also if you really want to use plastic wrap remember to push the tabs in on the sides. It's supposed to help a bit. Tho I recommend the press and seal over that. Much easier to use.
The question is, did Peter not take the Barney Flintstone vitamin because he likes Barney or dislikes him so immensely that he refuses to take a vitamin of him.
I haven't watched Family Guy in years. Just stopped keeping up with it around 2010. This list of clips really made me laugh though. That damn plastic wrap! hahaha.
Some areas were or still are bowling towns. I group up in a town with 2 bowling alleys, one on Main and one on Broad. Sadly neither are still around today
I definitely agree with the Saran Wrap or Cling film if you're from the UK, that stuff is hard to find the area to grab, I swear whoever designed that terrible stuff is an evil genius that wants us all to suffer with trying to cover food
I one day hope to live in a place so warm that I don't see my winter jacket long enough to find the modern version of printed map quest directions in it.
Not sure if this is done in America but in Australia, Saran wrap (or glad wrap as we call it) comes with two flaps in the side to go in the roll. This stops the roll falling out when using it
That’s actually really smart. No Saran wrap that I’ve seen here in The States have those. But I think honestly when you pull too hard on the roll, it comes out of the box.
That last one us soooooo on point! With cancel culture, critics and other assholes, we now have so many overly sensitive people. I'm a Gen Xer. We watched The Jefferson's, All In The Family, Sanford and Sons and Maude. And a few other shows like that. We could take an insult and throw it right back. Or just walk away. And that plastic wrap bit... I have it, but don't use it for exactly the reasons Peter said. 😂😂
bruh theres always been cancel culture. im sure you remember the Satanic panic back then. for you to say everyone is soft, i assume you are broken deep inside

Sand and hay.
I went on a hay ride one time and 6 months later, I was still finding hay in my house!
It's coarse and irritating and it gets everywhere
As someone who lived on a peninsula on a peninsula (St. Petersburg, FL) and had a beach 20 minutes away in almost every direction, sand is nature's glitter. It was everywhere there! You can NEVER get rid of it!! It's the absolute worst!!!
As someone who has seen probably too many movies, the studio logo gag never fails to make me laugh.
When the character who’s supposed to be the dumbest is actually the smartest
True
That's a common trope.
As someone who used to work at a bowling alley, that is too accurate 😂
“Freaking FCC” from “PTV”, one of my favorite episodes. 😊
I do agree with Peter’s assessment on the logos in movies. Feels like there’s always twenty minutes of trailers and logos before the movie even begins
Just saw JW4. 30 minutes from advertised starting time until actual starting time!!!
On DVD I usually just skip it

..."being a grown-up sucks"....all time favorite line from peter griffin...😅
YES. I LOVE moments when they point out relatable inconveniences
The moral behind the trading places is the exact same thing I've seen in body swap episodes. No matter who you are, EVERYONE'S lives are usually terrible
As a kid I vividly remember seeing a cutaway where Peter said something about how short the flavor of Fruit Stripes gum lasts and I felt so vindicated
The solution to the plastic wrap problem, at least for me, was buying it at Costco. You get the commercial grade stuff that comes in a box heavy enough to hold itself down and a sliding cutter device that also holds the end of the roll.

Peter telling everyone to leave NOW when he has to go, was me last week!😅 I'm sorry when nature calls, y'all gotta step back!!!!
I'm hesitant to ask... but why?
So basically air raid sirens?
I agree with number #2, excluding the throwing leftovers out.
The spitball bull bit kills me every time 😂
I think that The freaking FCC song is the number 1 time Peter Griffin says what we are all thinking.
Thank you! It's been a long time since I've seen a WatchMojo Family Guy video hosted by a female narrator. Plus, I personally consider Rebecca Brayton the voice of Mojo overall.
Peter's cutaway about automatic sink faucets was the most relatable. Every. Single. TIME!!
10:50, did you know that ceram wrap, aluminum foil, and wax paper all have little tabs at the ends of the box that push in and function as locks to keep them from coming out while you are using them
Anyone who's seen The Big Lebowski will have, at the very least, a secret love for bowling.
I knew someone was going to mention The Dude. Or Larry…….I would die happy if I could yell “OVER THE LINE!” at a bowling alley!
I think:
“Why are we not funding this?!?”
That’s great.

It’s soooo simple. It’s to differentiate between the charscter and his narration.
