Blue light blocking glasses are life-changing! My contact lenses are also blue light blocking! Glad that you and Beth are using them, they're so necessary now that we all spend hours on end in front of a computer screen.

True! My grandfather has been a watchmaker for 70 years and says the same thing! Even Casio is much better!
